I actually dread looking at my mail now. I prefer the previous format, I lost all my archive of important messages and reciepts I kept there,thanks for nothing.

This new email format is not intuitive or convenient. Why do I have to click more buttons to get where I need to be? I want my spam and trash at my fingertips. It takes 3 times as long to delete or move emails. Took me forever to figure out how to sort my emails. I would prefer to have the old yahoo email back. If I haven't had yahoo email for YEARS, I would seriously consider going to a different email provider but my yahoo email is embedded in way too many places. I've already moved from the yahoo homepage to another because that change was sucky as well.

This format is horrible. There is no button to compose a new email on the screen. Just put it back like it was.

why am i being forced to use this ! Its making simple things in life complicated. When i decided to accept this forceful change - it was still NO GOOD. I had zero flexibility to customize it to my needs. It doesn't offer anything the way I like to see or read in my mails. To start with I don't want the arrow keys to move to next or pervious message when i am reading or writing a message!

Pls fix.

I want to be able to decide the size of the font and how many emails i see on a page, again I don't have the option to do that.

help. i cant read my email and it wont go back to classic version. i am upset. got to log in, got to have password, follow the instructions and nothing works and icons arent there. thanks a lot

GO BACK TO THE CLASSIC VERSION. What you have forced on me with this new version is Garbage. Why did you do away with the Classic Yahoo Email that was very good for me, and I have used for many years. You have cost me so much time with this new email version trying to do things that are no longer there and was so simple with the Classic Email version. Do you not listen to your Customers? Thousands of people are taking their time to tell you that you have made a huge mistake with this Micky Mouse so call email you have us now using. Stop screwing with the Classic Email that was not broken. Give me the Option to go back to the Classic version. The Basic Mail that you have that we can switch to is terrible and not like the great Classic Version. So many things are also missing on that version. You just keep running Yahoo into the ground.

The new version is impossible. Please, please, please go back to the original version that worked so well!!!

I have had this email as my main account since 2001, and it will be difficult to change to another.

The new version is horrible, it looks like a1st grader came up with this concept design, there was nothing wrong with previous email layout, please let people have the choice
