Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    The mail filtering is a HORRIBLE nuisance, especially when the PRIORITY mode is default. ALL messages mode should be the default, or at least the user needs to be able to select it to be the default mode. Also, the previous version of Yahoo mail allowed me to select a background image, which was desirable. The new version makes it far less obvious which messages have been unread.

    I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS NEW MAIL. I AM SWITCHING TO GMAIL. THIS LOOK IS HIDEOUS .. WE NEED THE OPTION TO CHANGE IT BACK

    I agree with all the other users comments and their frustration on the new up grade. I am having the same issues. PLEASEEEEE go back to the old version it was more usable.

    I agree with other comments here in that I Dread going into my email because of the repeated frustration of hitting the down arrow key to scroll and instead pop to a different email.
    At least let us go back to the previous version of Yahoo Mail until you can get someone competent to fix these problems.

    PLEASE GO BACK TO OLD VERSION. I am going to leave Yahoo Mail otherwise and work with GMAIL only. This new lay out sucks.

    This is terrible! It is obvious that there has been no regression testing in the QA department. Just a couple observations that are a pain on a daily basis. One is when I want to view the contact details of a contact I am adding to an email. When the contact details are displayed on the right, I am only seeing about half of the details horizontally. I have to reduce window scaling to 80% in order to see the complete details. Another one, if there was a new email address for a contact and it has been updates, the old address is one of the suggested addresses. I used to be able to delete it from the suggestions by hitting the 'x' next to it. That 'x' is missing.

    I can appreciate someone trying to give a new look or add features. Boy did that go wrong here. Absolutely worthless. See previous comments. "Dread looking at my mail" "have to click more buttons to get where I need to be" AGREE and AGREE. Worst update EVER. Please go back to old version. Much faster and was able to preview attachments without downloading and opening just to go back and click two more buttons to delete. WOW

    I actually dread looking at my mail now. I prefer the previous format, I lost all my archive of important messages and reciepts I kept there,thanks for nothing.

    This new email format is not intuitive or convenient. Why do I have to click more buttons to get where I need to be? I want my spam and trash at my fingertips. It takes 3 times as long to delete or move emails. Took me forever to figure out how to sort my emails. I would prefer to have the old yahoo email back. If I haven't had yahoo email for YEARS, I would seriously consider going to a different email provider but my yahoo email is embedded in way too many places. I've already moved from the yahoo homepage to another because that change was sucky as well.

    This format is horrible. There is no button to compose a new email on the screen. Just put it back like it was.

    why am i being forced to use this ! Its making simple things in life complicated. When i decided to accept this forceful change - it was still NO GOOD. I had zero flexibility to customize it to my needs. It doesn't offer anything the way I like to see or read in my mails. To start with I don't want the arrow keys to move to next or pervious message when i am reading or writing a message!

    Pls fix.

    I want to be able to decide the size of the font and how many emails i see on a page, again I don't have the option to do that.

    help. i cant read my email and it wont go back to classic version. i am upset. got to log in, got to have password, follow the instructions and nothing works and icons arent there. thanks a lot
