Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Currently looking at different email providers. this update is awful and I cannot continue to use it. Giving Yahoo about three weeks to allow users to go back to the old version or making a change.

    New interface it horrid. I will be shifting use to another email provider because of this. It's just not user friendly at all. Total mess.

    Feedback - I do not like working with the new Yahoo Mail interface. I am sad I was forced to change from the interface I was used to & liked. Why can't I make my own choice to switch or not?

    Leave the updates alone when it comes to an individual's email account.

    Why did you try so hard to be google? If we wanted Google, we would just go to google. You probably did, because they were winning. Find other ways to win....like ... appeasing your loyal base.

    Please go back to the old, or don't. I've already started switching.
    But, it's kind of crazy that there are literally thousands of messages here protesting this horrific change and yahoo won't even acknowledge there is a problem.
    Without a doubt you have proved that the users do not matter to yahoo.
    Yahoo may not be listening but, to everyone else, you should really look at the privacy terms. Its kind of scary. Especially the part about the 3rd part A.I. storing and using ALL of your emails. All of your info like tax papers, bank statements, receipts, photos, etc, are all being picked through and stored by the 3rd party A.I.. Even worst, they are allowed to sell it to other companies.
    Yahoo and the 3rd party A.I. are legally allowed to do anything with this info. Your photos for promo use, your receipts to know how you spend your money for target marketing. Yahoo is a pretty shady company for sure.

    Hey Yahoo!!! ANY UPDATE on this... You call this forum a user voice, but totally ignoring this super valuable feedback. Least you could do is 1) do a complete rollback, 2) Provide option for users who want to continue to use the old classic version 3) Use metrics to understand how many customers are actually using this newer version 4) Fire the folks who made this horrendous decision

    The compelte info does not show up in Teams invites. The whole format is wrong and not conducive to my work.

    This new version is the worst format, absoultely stupid. Accessing Spam & Trash is so convoluted. Compact mode is NOT COMPACT anymore. The read/unread designation is dumb. I tried the new "Classic version" and didn't like it. Please bring back the old classic version.

    The UX/UI team who created this and the team that approved it need to be fired. Way to go alienating your userbase. There was no need to update the look, ITS FU**ING EMAIL - why does it need to look "modern". It needs to be readable, and in its current state does a terrible job at it. Also, why is there "AI" going through my email and creating pointless, usually incorrect summaries? I'm in the process of moving everything over to other services and I don't plan on coming back.

    I hate the new version of this email. I am missing important emails because of the stupid priority inbox. Also I can not see the all the emails that come in. There is absolutely not one thing on this new upgrade that is useful or helpful. I would like to get the old version back.

    With the new "improved" version, I can only see about 1/2 of the emails that I used to be able to view on my main screen.
    This absolutely sucks.
    Please provide the ability to shrink the height of the email so i can see more emails on my main screen.
    Or better yet, just let me go back to the tried/true version.
    Again. This absolutely sucks.

    I am 86 years old and not interested in new ideas, I need to communicate with my doctors in a manner I am familiar with . You new site is worthless to me and you taking away the history of past emails leaves with no historical account of past concerns. my memory is not all that good and I have 4 hospitals and they do a poor job of communicaing woth each other,That is my job no remember where a went and when thanks a lot for leaving an old man in the dark!
