This "NEW" version is horrible!!!!!!

Who do we contact about changing back to CLASSIC VERSION? Are we just talking into thin air????

I am 77 and dont need additional aggravation at my age. Please provide option for us too return to the old version. Thank you for understanding.

I am 86 years old and not interested in new ideas, I need to communicate with my doctors in a manner I am familiar with . You new site is worthless to me and you taking away the history of past emails leaves with no historical account of past concerns. my memory is not all that good and I have 4 hospitals and they do a poor job of communicaing woth each other,That is my job no remember where a went and when thanks a lot for leaving an old man in the dark!

every time yahoo changes the format and functions of yahoo email......YOU MAKE WORSE!!!........

Whoever made the new layout needs to be given a new job. One where they can't made design choices.

I also HATE, HATE, HATE the new mail. The question is : "WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO GO BACK TO THE CLASSIC VERSION? OR, is that no longer possible? Have you ruined it for all of us? PLEASE RESPOND TO ALL OF US. Thank you.

This new version makes it very difficult to find folders I need to see. It wastes space by having a huge box down the right 25% of the screen. I have to shrink my (Firefox) browser's magnification down to 60-70% in order to be able to read pop-ups that I need to deal with. Also, in normal magnification the text of the message headers is too large and too bold. There is NOTHING that is better about this new version. Everyone should be fired, especially the manager of this project. If I had a choice, I would quit using Yahoo mail.

I have had my Yahoo email address since the mid 90s! I just logged in and the "new" version is up! Where did all of my emails go? All of my folders are empty now! My sent folder only has emails thru February 2025. I've tried switching back to the classic version and they are still gone! This is really causing trauma as I have emails in there from my deceased father!

The new look is awful and causing me to seriously think of leaving the platform; you should fire everyone involved with it and go back to the original UI

After constantly being inundated with spam, the new version of Yahoo Mail has been enough to push me to another platform. Went to a paid version of Proton Mail and will be cleaning out this account soon. Sometimes, it better to listen to your users if you want to keep them.

i have been a yahooer for a long time and always had the option to go back to the older version of email...there must be a trump lover on your staff...trying to force a new better idea down subscribers throats...shame shame...go back to the older version please !!!!!

Your so called NEW anything is bad! Stop trying to change something that you have already perfect!

Go back to the previous version, reply, forwarding and reading emails and the appearance of the mail application is horrendous.

This new version is extremely difficult to view and comprehend.

Just go back to the old email format. You have made checking email more complicated than it needs to be. Isn't consort king muskrat paying you people to think about all of this?
