My life is now miserable!! I cannot believe you made this change with no heads up. Total nightmare. Change back ASAP or I am going to Gmail. This change has caused me so much stress and frustration. About to have a heart attack dealing with this BS!!! Change back now!!

Go back to the classic Version!! This new version is a nightmare. It is waiting my time!! Can't find anything and the layout is awful!

I used to be able to copy an image and paste it into emails - that is not working now.

I like a few changes - but the look of the old was much cleaner. Try to get the look more compact.

The OLD version is better. My 82-year-old Dad is struggling to use Yahoo mail now because the changes you made have made it impossible for him to read anything! Dad has me helping him, but the blinding white background causes me headaches, and I'm struggling with the new font, the layout and reading things like Dad is.

You've made what was an excellent product so much worse, and I can't believe you guys product tested this with actual users.

You guys are in violation of The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires websites to be accessible to people with disabilities. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA is a set of internationally recognized standards that help ensure websites meet ADA compliance.

I'm going on Reddit to tell people to go here: https://adasitecompliance.com/website-accessibility-legal-requirement/ to complain and gather people to file a class action lawsuit against Yahoo/Yahoo Mail because your changes to email have made it difficult to impossible for people with visual issues. visually handicapped/elderly to read their email.

Not only have you made it more difficult for people to SEE their email, you've made navigating their email infinitely more difficult, adding additional steps, removing options based on whether someone is using basic or the version you're pushing.

Seriously..whomever 'updated' Yahoo Mail needs to be fired.

I just noticed that there is no indication in the email list that I replied to the email. This is a helpful feature that is now eliminated. Grr!

The new version with each email title having a popup with icons to sort that individual email is too prone to accidental flickering emails into trash or spam or some odd place. I prefer to have to go back to the top to sort the emails.

I have had Yahoo since 1999. If this is the new look. I will have to change to Gmail!

So many pleas to switch back to the old version and still no reaction. Please make some beta testing before forcing the new template on us. The focus should be easy access and visebility on the mails.

The AI Summary is a huge waste of space and time. I am not going to read what AI thinks my customers need... I have to scroll past that garbage to get to the important information. It looks terrible on the desktop.
To read emails I have to scroll back and forth and up and down.

The new interface is not as user friendly as the old one. Please give users an option to return to the old version.

Your new e-mail sucks. It requires way more clicks than the previous version and is making my bill-paying online much more annoying. Please allow me and others who hate the new e-mail to revert back to the previous version. There's an old saying: If it ain't broke don't fix it. It wasn't "broke". Now it is.

I am 72 years old and can't manage the new e-mail arrangement, so I have a very hard time to look or find my new e-mails or do other housekeeping on my e-mails.

I'm not getting emails that I have subscribed to and I find it hard to navigate, file and check on spam, trash, etc. I don't like this new version, don't know why you would take away something that worked and was good! I can't even see the list of my emails without continuous scrolling it's most annoying. PLEASE bring back the old version or let those of us who like the old version have the option to keep using it.

Absolutely terrible! this version of yahoo mail is the worst thing yall have ever done bring back the classic version ASAP. think i will look for a new email provider if the old version is not back this new desktop version is just NOT GOOD.

"try the new experience" It has been an awful experience. I have had yahoo email for at least 25 years, probably more and for the first time I am considering changing everything over to another email provider. I absolutely hate this email. It is terrible. It took me forever to get my logs done this weekend for the month. Why do you think you always need something new? Why could you not just leave it alone, it was just fine the way it was. Whoever designed this must have been very bored. It is awful. If you really care about the people you serve, you will do something about this. From what I am hearing, if you o not, you are going to lose a lot of users.
