Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I don't like the new version Please go back to the Old Classic Version. This new Version was a bad Idea on your part.

    I hate the new version. It is very hard to read and I have to select al messages to start.

    the button to find all messages from a sender was in the BEST spot. and now it's not? TF?

    i ot no type of notification of the change over nor did i want the change. the previous layout was fine the way it was and had customizable backgrounds

    The old version was a lot easier to use! Make it available.

    I don't like the new version of yahoo. I'm sorry, but it's much harder to deal with. It's too blocky, and too tedious with the multiple mail tabs. Please go back to Classic! There was nothing wrong with it and it worked perfect. Like the old saying says, "If it's not broken, don't fix it."

    Whoever designed the new email format and whoever approved it should be fired immediately. The old original email version was pretty **** perfect and the new one is absolute ****.
    Do you actually try the garbage you force on people? Do you have any idea how disrespectful it is to force a change on people that NO ONE WANTED?

    Actually this is the kick ********** I needed to dump everything Yahoo and never see it again. The entire platform SUCKS - full of ads and political commentary posing as "news".

    Goodbye AOL ... I mean Yahoo. 🖕

    PLEASE PLEASE, PLEASE go back to the previous version. This new version is absolutely terrible. I can't find the "gear" icon to make adjustments, I totally HATE the new "preview" section at the top, and it is more difficult to search my emails. Also, to find the trash folder, I had to click on three little dots at the bottom, which took me a while to figure out. This is the worst version ever. I would like to stay with Yahoo, but may have to switch to Gmail...

    This new email system is TERRIBLE!!!!! You had a very nice, very user friendly system and you screwed it up. PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE return to the original workable system.

    This is a horrible version. I prefer to categorize my email myself. This version often miscategorizes email and I've been missing important messages. Please switch back!

    I have been with Yahoo Mail Premium for years, and this new version of Yahoo is the worst ever!! Not sure who thought, "Ya this is good, let's go with this"

    1. You can't see your meeting dates and times
    2. Email messages disappear when you open them, and have to search for them
    3. They added a box to see your contacts and starred messages you can't remove (why???)
    4. Limited ability to change appearance
    5. Bulky and inflexible appearance

    Fix this piece of junk!!!!!! I am a paying customer and need this to work.

    The new inbox view is awful. This is not an improvement, please provide the option to go back to the old view.

    PLEASE switch back to CLASSIC, it's so frustrating you don't give us the option to go back to our normal look. The new version is not easy to use at all!!!

    Not enough easy to find options to deal with unread emails. I would like to bring up the oldest UNREAD emails oldest dates first.
