Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    The new version is impossible to use. If you refuse to revert to the much better classic version (clearly what your customers are begging for) please allow multi-page views and sorting by subject. BUT PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLDER VERSION.

    Go back to the classic version. This is very confusing to look at when trying to get a quick clear glance of important items in the inbox.

    Agree. the copy,paste, especially as relates to inline media, images is broken.
    What is the QA team doing?

    The new version sucks; I'd rather have the OLD version; it was easier to move emails to a folder with only a few strokes, I don't like the fact that when I open my emails, it goes to "Priority" first... I would rather have it be on "ALL"... Also, Trash, Spam, Settings, should be listed in the Inbox section, just before "Folders", instead of having to go to the three dots... The OLD version was much better... If the new version has to stay, then PLEASE put back some of the old features... Again, the New version sucks...

    The older version of Yahoo was much better, easier to use and navigate. Please make the older version available to users who prefer it over the new version.

    I hate this new email. please go back or give us an option to with all of emails please. I wish you would just leave things alone, there was no reason for this. Having trouble seeing it and finding emails for logs I do. I hate the coloring. I hate where things are. There is nothing I like about it.

    This version is absolutely terrible. What even is this? Super disappointed. Going to switch to Gmail.

    New version is is horrible. I don't even want to check my email on my iphone any more. Old version is much desirable. looks like I'm gonna have to use my google accounts which I don't prefer.

    This new yahoo mail is, more than likely, the results of some junior engineer that graduated last his class. How can you actually believe that this new mail is better than the old version?!?!? you know what they say . . . "Stupid Is, As Stupid Does"

    BRING BACK the CLASSIC version. This new layout is HORRIBLE. You've made Yahoo mail completely UNUSABLE. IF YOU ARE TRYING TO LOSE CUSTOMERS, YOU HAVE SUCCEEDED IN THAT.

    PLEASE RETURN ME TO THE OLD YAHOO. I HATE THIS NEW ONE VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH WHY NOT LET THOSE THAT LIKE IT KEEP IT THEN THOSE LIKE ME THAT HATE IT GO BACK TO OUR OLD YAHOO. THAT WAY EVERYONE IS HAPPY

    I've been a Yahoo Mail user since 1987. I would think that counts as being a loyal customer, wouldn't you? As soon as my wife saw the new look she said: "Why are we keeping this ****? Everyone else is using Gmail?" I tried to switch back and couldn't. I tried to customize and couldn't. For the first time in almost 40 years I'm thinking about listening to my wife and dumping Yahoo. And it's not because Gmail is so good, it's because you've made Yahoo Mail so horrible. Get it together guys! For once going back will be progress. Take a page out of the Coke playbook. WE WANT YAHOO CLASSIC.

    Horrible version! Visibility of Unread and Read mails is just bad. But the worst part is Replying to or to all - just terrible!!! I never know where to star writing the reply, it does not take me to to body mail, or top or bottom, just looks like a random. I do not see who are recipients in cc.
    The reason I choose Yahoo over Gmail was an old version which was great!
