Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I hate this new inbox. It makes everything harder for me to find. It is not helpful at all. Let me decide if I want to have something in priority since it is MY inbox. Grrrr!

    Big Problem: Searches default to showing me results from all mailboxes in ALL my Yahoo mail accounts, instead of the currently-viewed account.

    Really Big problem: Up/down arrow keys have been re-purposed and now can't be used to scroll through a long message.

    I am in and out of my email all day at work. To put that pane on the right hand side, which I see no value in having, makes my email views smaller. No thank you!!

    Were there adds on the old version? I can't remember, but I know they weren't taking up a third of the screen.

    The new interface just feels like its trying to look like an ipad or iphone. The reason I use my laptop is to efficiently and quickly navigate my email. This new version prevents that.

    Yahoo email has been my primary email since I was 12 years old (2012). I am now considering changing to a provider that actually values their costumers and doesn't plaster clickbait adds on a third of the screen.

    P.S. Go back to banner ads and quit being sell outs.

    I want the old version back. Why wasn't I even given CHOICE???? I may switch to another email provider as this is not user friendly for me!!!!

    First of all, you have no idea what I prioritize. Apple is trying this as well, and it's, and yours, are abysmal failures. Next, don't hide my spam folder, things end up there ALL THE TIME. The old look was more basic...which means user friendly.

    Why is it changed??? I can't stand the new layout. It was perfect before and incredibly efficient. Please change it back. The unique layout is why I used Yahoo and not other things.

    at least have an OPTION to switch back to the other version. I HATE when the way things look CHANGE - IT MAKES IT PLUS PLUS DIFFICLE - isnt the whole point to things to be FAST, EASY and SIMPLE??!

    The old adage goes," If it works, don't fix it." It took me 10 minutes to find my archive, spam and delete folders. They are hidden until you hoover over the 3 dots that then appear. Who designs these things? Go back to the old format. It worked fine and people are used to it. I really don't like this new version.

    A Long with others lost all my saved e-mails. Go back to classic version or give an option to keep it if wanted

    I lost most of my emails when Yahoo switched me to the new version!!! I freaking hate this new ****, so return my old Yahoo account! If we all switch to Gmail, maybe you'd get the picture! Give me back my emails that magically disappeared when you switched me without my approval! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
