Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Did not ever think you could make Yahoo any worse than it already was but, here we are!

    This is the absolute WORST mail program/format in the HISTORY or mail programs/formats.

    The old version was simple and effective. It was my preferred mail program.

    I HATE HATE HATE HATE it now and HATE that you are ignoring what seems to be the most popular opinion of this change.

    I am porting my stuff to another platform. I will delete my account when I am finished and will NEVER use Yahoo again.

    FOR ANYTHING.

    your system is not working correctly. it says there are no messages in the sent folder,but when I click on search in sent, it lists many, but they cannot be retreived

    Go back to the old version , please. This new version is not easy to read . Very confusion layout

    I HATE this new email!!! Why did you change it? I used to love my yahoo email and now I am looking for another platform for my email because it's HORRIBLE!!!!!! IF something works DON"T CHANGE IT!!!

    Bring back the older version of yahoo! It wasn't broken and the updates you gave it are awful and suck. I had such an easy time moving through my emails, and now it's horrible. Changing the navigation arrows is frustrating, moving trash and spam under the dots where they're not easily accessible is ridiculous. And now having to move the selector back up to the top just to select multiple is annoying. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Seriously bring back the old version of yahoo mail! It's clear most of the people want it!

    I cannot see on these screens and the mail is not as I expect it, I am too old to learn something new! HORRIBLE IDEA..

    This is horrible. Can we even revert back to the Yahoo classic? Might have to switch to another email provider.. sigh. What can we do when they don't listen to feedbacks here. =(

    Almost 2000 complaints about how bad this idea was.... how long before Yahoo stop pretending its not????????????????????????????????

    Horrible change in interface, both on light and dark. Almost impossible to read entire email, all the emails (and ads) in the Inbox look the same, making very hard to distinguish. I have been switching my 28-year-old Yahoo! email addresses to my Gmail address. Your change is awful, I don't know how this passed through so many levels of management.

    I'm old and slow on the laptop, it's disheartening to have you change things that took me so long to learn and navigate !

    The classic interface was simpler. I can see the whole mailbox. Where is my SPAM and Trash folders? If I want to see my folders, I have to do an extra click where I can see them. What are the benefits? Maybe it's easier to delete the offers and social junk mail. Other than that it's just another technological "improvement" that is worse than what it replaces. Yahoo, you're not alone. I have a Dell Laptop, and they shortened the keyboard to give me a number keyboard. So now my palms are crunched to the left. I DON'T NEED AN EXTRA KEYBOARD FOR THE NUMBERS WHEN I HAVE A ROW OF THEM ON THE TOP OF THE KEYBOARD. LET MY PALMS REST ON THE KEYBOARD IN THE PROPER TYPING FASHION. This is what I mean. Go back to the drawing board, and give us something more aesthetic and functional!
