Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    The new format is horrible. If I can't switch back I'm closing my yahoo account that I've had for 30 years.

    Terrible interface, when sending emails the tab button used to work as multiple spaces now it jumps to send button, when attaching documents you could drag and drop now there is no such functionality anymore. Plus the appearance and how the folders are organized it was really great. Worst thing, i cannot go back to the old view it will go to a sort of classical view but not exactly and i didn't even opted for the new and improved look.

    Bring back the previous email as the new one has no logic, it is a waste of time having to search the bottoms which constantly disappears. This new email is a complete nightmare as it looks like it was done with very low IQs.

    The new version is almost impossible to use. My email was perfect the way it was. In the past, "upgrades" allowed us to opt out and use the version we already had. Why is that no longer an option? I had it completely personalized to accommodate all of my needs. The fact that I can only use dark mode on the new version just adds insult to injury.

    I tried to switch back to the old mode, but all of my themes and everything else were gone. Not only that, but when I switched to the new version, NONE of my emails from today were in my inbox. How does that make sense? Worst rollout EVER.

    This 'new' lay-out is cluttered, and brings no improvement for me. Much of what you tout as 'new' (such as a sender's e-mail address) was contained within half an inch of space in the old mail.

    This new Yahoo Mail is a nightmare. Let US choose the old version, which we used for years.

    I have been using Yahoo Email since 1998 ... this new version is terrible, I'm not sure who decided these changes were needed, but they should be FIRED for not leaving long time users with the ability to keep using Classic Mode, too bad if that means having to maintain code for 2 web pages. Classic has been around so line, up keep cannot be that **** difficult.

    I pay for the ad free experience so my inbox FILLS the browser window, now that is space is taken up with a box to the right for Starred Emails or Contacts or Calendar or Notepad. and some AI Summery is putting buttons on my emails

    the entire new experience is poor.

    1st off I NEVER ASKED FOR THESE CHANGES .... I Have been a user for over 25 years. I was very happy with Classic Mode.
    2nd major changes like this SHOULD BE OPTIONAL.

    I do not know what to call this element - the ' box ' to the right of the inbox, Displaying Contacts, or favorited emails or calendar ... I do not need stared or favorited emails displayed ... I specifically pay for premium SO MY INBOX FILLS MY ENTIRE WINDOW, so I may see the contents

    I do not want whatever this summery or AI assistance is on each email - add to calendar, manage order, view bill, more nonsense

    You intentionally cripple Basic Mode ... yeah so **** basic there isn't even keyboard navigation or a dark mode.
