Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I really don't like the new version. It is harsh on the eyes, I don't like the AI summaries cluttering up my emails, and the old version was better organized. Please go back to the classic version.

    I have stood by Yahoo Mail even as the rest of the world switched over to Gmail. To force this ugly redesign on Yahoo's loyal user base is an insult and a travesty.

    Go back to the classic version. Just because something is different does not make in better. I HATE IT!

    Why did you change with out asking what I had. I liked the way it worked and layout of it. I could scroll through my history and delete emails much quicker than this new nonsense. If it is not broke don't fix it.

    For the big wig that is at Yahoo saying "people hate change, they'll grow to like it". Well I'll give it to the end of March for the option to revert or I migrate my email customers over to Outlook. Been with you 25+ years (wouldn't have stayed this long if your old version wasn't good) but obviously Yahoo doesn't think these complaints are enough to respond.

    You know what this "New Mail" reminds me?
    The Yahoo Basic.
    Just try to click The Three Dots (bottom left) - Settings - Switch To basic Mail
    IT LOOKS SAME, MAYBE BETTER.
    I mean all the advanced functions are gone, there's no graphic, but at least it's neat and clean, you can see all your folders, there's the unread dot, there's button to epty Trash & Spam without even going inside the folder, there's select all visible at all times, the subject line has subject line only and not only half of it + the inside text of the e-mail, and it's not all grey with the gmail rounded edges.
    I am a desktop user and if every of my favorite sites is going to adapt the "phone look" and abandon half its function to have twice space for ads, then I have nothing good to look forward to.

    The upgrade sucks. Whoever designed this and whoever thought this is a good idea both need to answer how they came to this decision.

    I have been a Yahoo mail user for very very long and I cannot stand this upgrade.

    So childish and amateurish UI.

    I know how some smart highly paid management will justify it as "Customers do not want to change, but they will come to love it once they use it for some time"

    ABSOLUTELY NOT. Roll this back....

    It is pretty, pretty awful that is. Why did you decide to punish all your users by making this mail site completely horrendous???

    Get one of Elon's guys to help you. This version stinks. Couldn't even scroll the screen and you hid the send button which I stumbled onto.
