Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

Please, for the love of all things decent, go back to the old version! This is a nightmare to look at -- causes dizziness and headaches -- not to mention that it's annoying and hard to navigate. There's nothing in this new version that would be considered an "improvement."

This new version is a disaster. So hard to navigate. Cannot easily find things. Cannot turn off the AI summary. I even went to your help desk and they acknowledged that I was proficient in using Yahoo. And they could not find a few things even after they escalated this.
Leave it alone! Stop trying to justify your job.

I don't see how any of the changes are improving anything, just making it harder to look at and find things. I used to be able to use the down button to scroll in an email, now it goes to the next one.
Way too bright and hard to read -

I've had Yahoo mail for 24 years now. I get many e-mails and searching by e-mail address is very important to me. I also very much enjoyed the interface of the classic version. Because the new version is very strange and doesn't work very well, I switched to basic version, which is slow and clunky. It doesn't have the loop icon that allows to search e-mails from the same address. Please return to the classic Yahoo. Why fix something that is working fine for everyone?

I hate everything about the new version. Some new emails are vertical rather than horizontal. Pitiful just **** pitiful. The layout is bad and hard to maneuver. What bright kid developed this POS? Come on Yahoo.

classic version was totally fine. The new format ,look is not an improvement. Change for the sake of change is not productive.

Matt Holden said it best below. As for me... I hate everything about this new version. Nobody wants this. People either hate it or are indifferent but there can't be anyone who likes it. With so many frustrating things going on in the world, checking your email shouldn't be.

This is HORRIBLE. You cant scroll down thru your emails without going line by line. You cant scroll down in an open email without out it going to the next email with out going down in the email Im reading unless I use my touch screen or use the side bar. The appearance is bad and you can adjust the background to the color scheme you choose...too bright for my eyes. Difficult to navigate as well. At least give us the option to return and let those who like it, stay with it. THIS S#CKS !!

Don't make a mess of confusion for mail. It was simple, easy to use. Names, for procedures: Instant recognition. Instead? You have icons, pictures, symbols. One needs a tech manual to figure out what you did. Leave it alone. This isn't some 'update' style stuff. It's total confusion. Put it back the way it was! Seen with someone's' complaint: You tell them to use the BACK BUTTON, "IF THERE IS ONE". Or, they're stuck with you nonsensical pictures of procedure, icons. There is NO BACK BUTTON !

Here's my opinion in a nutshell: It looks like a bad version of Gmail. The biggest functional problem I have is the lack of real difference between unread and read emails in the list of messages. As with all email clients, I expect BOLD unread messages and Normal read messages, not a highlight that's the same color as the message window's header. Don't default me to the Priority messages because what you consider a priority I may not, show me unread messages first as it was in the past. The biggest thing: it's just not visually appealing. You don't need to make everything look like a mobile app, especially when the old version simply *worked* as intended. Lastly, it's not about people resisting change, it's about creating something decent that looks good and works as expected. If you make it something good, then people won't push back against it.

Before all you had to do is type in the email list's name Can't do that anymore. You have to go to the address list.
It tell me I have 27 unread emails and I have none.
THE OLD FORMAT WORKED BETTER. -

I use computers for a living and typically when companies "upgrade" their product, it makes sense. But I have 4 email accounts attached to this, and the previous version showed all of them at once with the number of emails in each. Now I have to literally switch between accounts and it's crazy. I will switch to Outlook and dump my Yahoo account if this keeps up and I've had my account since 2000.
