This new version is so bad!!! I am desperately trying to find a way to go back!

Give us an option to go back, it looked so good, and this new bubbly version isnt the best and what i was use too.

Please go back to the classic version. The new version did away with easy access and the new one is not user friendly.

Very unhappy with the changes.

I do not want the updated version. It keeps losing my newest emails. It continues to send me back to priority mail, as well as lost old mail.

Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. At the very least, let me use a darker color theme with the basic mail.

& you took away my folders... i actually depend on email & use correspondence constantly, for business. i need to have my folders in a permanent list where i can access them & see what i need to see should a business dispute arise.

WTF happened to my mail. Even going back to "classic" isn't the way it actually was before. Now everything I try to do has to be "applied". It's so inefficient. I don't want this. No one wants this. It's asinine. I'm old and I don't want to learn a new mail. Just leave us alone. You can add features without throwing away the whole thing. I'm so aggravated. I just wanted to read my email and now I can't even navigate it- it's taking me way more time than I have. I never converted to gmail because the way gmail is set up is a pain. I kept yahoo because it was user friendly. Now it's user UNFRIENDLY.

New format is terrible. Difficult to use, Does not come to all new emails and has caused me to trash emails I need

Not a fan of this version. I want to turn off the summary boxes that are at the top of emails and can't find where to do that in Settings. I prefer the classic version over this new one.

Absolutely hate the new mail both the updated and the basic view. Both versions make it hard to access the settings and the different folders. Why also is there no way to put the basic version into dark mode. Yahoo broke something that worked great. As a long time yahoo user, you made me want to switch to a new email provider. How does making the platform less user friendly and customizeable work in your favor? GIVE US BACK CLASSIC ASAP!!!!

I'm Not able to attached files or documents from RECENT EMAILS. It just take to may computer and DOES NOT have any other options. Very DISAPPOINTED & FRUSTRATING.

I completely agree! I absolutely abhor this new Yahoo mail. I'm going to find myself a new email server to use. This reminds me too much of GMAIL and I hate that. I've kept my Yahoo email address for so long because it used to have a pleasing and user friendly layout.
