Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

The new view is awful.
1) the default to priority view at login is hiding other important emails (let me decide what's priority).
2) the overlay of actions blocks the subject of most emails. Its cluttered and difficult to know what is what.
3) the shading of read messages makes it hard to go back to items you need to find.I've stayed with Yahoo for years because I absolutely hate Gmail. All you are doing now it trying to emulate it vs recognizing and evolving to why users have stuck with Yahoo in the first place.

Please stop listening to the "bright people" whose sole purpose in life is to mess about with things that work just FINE. I HATE the new and "improved version. Please bring back the Classic Yahoo Mail. It is not easy to navigate and my files are difficult to find. I have been a loyal Yahoo user for 20+ years. I also have a GMail account which I seldom use because Yahoo was easier to use. I may have to use my GMail account as my primary account in the future.

What idiot listened to the Good Idea Fairy and decided to justify their existence at Yahoo? There was nothing wrong with the Classic Yahoo Mail, it worked just fine, everything was perfectly accessible, and now I have no idea where anything is, my background is so white I'm snow blind, and this new format just sucks. Put it back to the way it was, or at least give users the option of going back to the Classic view. My bet is you'll find no one likes this new format. Fire the imbecile who did this. If I don't get the option of going back to the Classic format by next week, I'm finding another email service, and I've been with yahoo for over 20 years.

You tried this not too long ago and I said then I did not like it and so you went back to it. Now you decided to play your games and once again I am telling you to go back. I am sure some like this but I do not and I want to go back to the old version. I do not know which are unread and which ones I have done something with already. You also took away my files such as delete, spam and a few others which makes no sense to me so another argument to go back to the old version. For your customers who like or want something new fine give it to them but for those of us who have already said no then go back to the old version and don't ask again or ***** around with our minds. Just let us have our emails. Also, you make enough money from your investors that you should have some way that we can contact you for customer support without having to pay every other organization does but yahoo has gotten way too greedy and stuck on themselves. So, while I can provide feedback you can add that too.

I also used the button to mark and unmark read quite often. Of course, its no longer there. I have to go into every spam and advertisement email and then back out to mark as read? Has no one every used this feature, why would THAT be removed?

I want the colored field back, the screen is too bright. I want to mark unread e-mails as unread and delete them as a group. Right now everything is listed as unread. Why? I usually keep the ones I read. This is almost unusable. Thanks for making something I liked to do (check my mail) into something eye-straining and tedious. Thanks. Not.

The new version without a 'go back' is absolutely a slap in the face for people who got familiarized with the program. I would pay money to have it reverted.
The left hand column is minimized for no reason when there is space to extend that margin, why make me click extra, just leave the list as it was.
Most navigation on this website now is totally screwed up and lacks the common sense you'd be used to with the old program. THANKS FOR WASTING PROGRAMERS TIME TO MAKE THIS THAT NO ONE ASKED FOR OR WANTED........... -

Go back to the classic version, and stop making huge unnecessary and unpopular changes. Also, I DO NOT WANT AI IN MY EMAIL, PERIOD. Not for my "benefit", and certainly not for Yahoo's. The only people or things that should be reading my emails are me and the sender/receiver on the other side.
I'm starting to change over to Gmail, and I HATE google. I just hate it much less than the new yahoo.

I agree--please go back to Yahoo Mail Classic format!
1.In new format , in search results using a word, why is the folder found in combined onto to same line as Subject? Visually it is difficult to process. I would like the "found in" folder in separate column so I can sort output by "subject" "folder" etc. It was easy to tell if mail needed to be filing if there "Found In" folder column was empty indicating it was still in the Inbox.
2. Would like all folders displayed for ease of use vs in pop-up windows. It takes too long to file now as need to scroll through emails in the pop-up.
3. Font is faded out, smaller, and difficult to read. Yahoo Mail users are likely older and appreciately larger/darker font.
4. Bold means unread. What are the grayed out lines? I can't figure out the significance. We do not need this additional colorcoding. It is distracting.
5. There are no column headings in the Inbox to sort by sender, subject etc.
6. I do not want/need AI to decide what is a priority in my mail. This is distracting and useless.

New version is harder to read. Option to have the same format would be nice.
