Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    When viewing emails as Group by Conversation, have the option to order the emails by the latest on top.

    I still don't like the new Yahoo mail. Please, please, please give me the "go back" option so I can enjoy classic Yahoo mail again. Thanks.

    Hi, I don't like the new inbox layout: the way it scrolls down is not smooth, the way each row looks like a bubble is slightly distracting, the text is not the focus, the background color. The background color used to be black for me, and it was easy to scroll and read through the subject lines of a bunch of messages--from my inbox--at a time. Either make it more customizable so I can adjust the setting so it matches the old lay out I had, or revert the whole look. The new one is not easy to use over desktop. In sum, the new look is visually clunky.

    please ditch the new look yahoomail and allow me to put it back to classic mode! The new version doesn't even work and allow me to log in using firefox (I have to use Chromium to use it now!) I mean how utterly stupid is this???

    Just put it back to how it was!

    to whom it may concern,

    I have encountered a technical issue in moving some inbox emails to one of the named folders (left side of the yahoomail screen); where the name of the sent folder overlaps with title of each email. Please advice the technical issue regarding "folder name- email title overlapping)!

    Please offer old yahoo basic mail. I have accessible issues and find this too complicated

    Here are some of the issues I have found since the new email change:
    Overall – all processes are SLOW.
    Composing/Writing email: You do not have a choice of fonts including making words italic, bold, etc
    Composing email: When beginning the email address, you cannot delete suggestions of who you wish to send the composed message.
    When reading an email and you delete it there are these issues:
    You have to scroll back to the top to delete it and after deleting, the next message does not automatically open, it goes back to the In Box.
    When you have an email open, you cannot get to the next email without going back to In Box.
    The method of saving pictures from an email is not user friendly.
    New messages do not automatically show up (they used to) but you get a message to refresh the screen instead.
    There is not a way to change your signature (nothing I have found in settings).
    When in Spam folder and you select all, it removes all on first page only – there is more room for the balance of page 2 messages. CONFUSING.

    Please make "Old Yahoo Mail" available for all accounts. It only takes 1 Link in the settings to return an account to the "Old Yahoo Mail" layout. Why not enhance the user experience by giving them the option.

    The intuitive simple layout of the "Old Yahoo Mail" is why I use Yahoo in the first place. "New Yahoo Mail" is too many steps ahead, requiring a learning curve to use.

    I already have the software needed to check my mail but every time I do check it; I get asked to download mozilla which I already have....horrible experience since you changed your format

    It is not more user-friendly. There was nothing wrong with the email box before. Stop changing it. I would like the option to use the old email box. It's not an idea, it's common sense. A lot of people do not like when things are changed. It makes it confusing and harder to use. STOP CHANGING THINGS THAT ARE NOT BROKEN

    New format events have dark blue background and very small type font. Unreadable.

    The new interface is really clunky. I can't see everything and it uses up too much memory and is very user unfriendly. Please provide the option to be able to revert back to the old Yahoo Mail interface.

    Please make the old user interface, the blue one available to use. Ever since you changed to an updated user interface, I am really struggling to learn how to navigate. Unfortunately, my son checke3d something in the new interface and then we couldn't go back to the old interface. the link that offers the old interface isn't actually the old one. it seems like a simpler version of the new one. I want to go back to using the blue interface. The newer ones have a bunch of glitches in use and design.
