Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    This new version is not friendly, very confusing, difficult to find options.

    NEW YAHOO MAIL SUCKS!! LET ME GO BACK TO PREVIOUS VERSION. IT IS SO HARD TO NAVIGATE THE PAGE QUICKLY.

    Go back to what it use to be, this new interface is horrible, annoying to navigate and looks horrible. this is a Terrible change and make the inbox 10x worse. So bad

    New version lacks features, has a poor interface compared to old. There was a test period where users could submit comments, but none were addressed before making the change permanent. Major implementation failure with no user acceptance testing. Needs to be rolled back or you will loose users and market share.

    I hate the new version and desperately want to go back to the old.

    Wow! I just read Hope's comment and finally understand how to get back to the classic version! Thanks, Hope, I owe you a Margarita on the two piers that got washed away by Hurricane Milton on Anna Maria Island in Florida!

    You can go back to classic version by going to the three dots look like this ... it's under folders locate settings scroll down until you locate switch to basic email and click on it takes you to the classic version. You can also sort by oldest to newest or newest to oldest in Inbox, Spam, Trash folders, etc. Hope this helps.

    Please go back to the classic mail! Everything about this new email irritates me and makes it harder for me to check my mail (from the appearance, the default to "Priority", the greyed out read emails, etc.). The summaries are such a stupid idea... I'm deliberately trying to read my email; I don't want to read a summary of what I'm about to read. Pointless.

    You can go back to classic version by going to ... under folders locate settings scroll down until you locate switch to basic email and click on it takes you to the classic version. Hope this helps.

    I cannot agree with everyone in this post more that the new user interface is not something that lends itself to ease of use.
    I can barely see anything about any email until I fully open one. The interface is scrunched and the eyes are not drawn towards the mail rows.

    Please change back to classic...

    New version is not visually appealing AT ALL and is aesthetically horrible. It doesn't make it easy and makes me want to skip yahoo mail all together and move to gmail. I should have the option to go back to the original version.

    I am unable to get my emails now, right in the middle of job searching. I can see the preview of the message but the arrow keys jump down to next message when I try to scroll down to read the mesage. I have been forwarding all my emails to gmail. I will be leaving this account. I operate on a MacPro. I have had this email for 30 years, such a shame.

    Please enable returning the the Yahoo Mail Classic User Interface if it was not broken, why try to fix it?

    find email difficult to scan with all the high-lighted icons.
    please restore old version.
