Just like everyone else is saying.... GO BACK

Options to set custom colors is critical for people who have vision problems, as important as being able to set font size so it's readable for those with poor vision. Web links no longer add images, important also for those with poor vision or reading on a small display like a phone who perhaps don't have ability to expand screen size to read tiny text or be able to hit a thin line of text with large hands/fingers.

When adding images, there is no context menu to control size of image as was before.

Someone obviously didn't test the changes on various types of display such as CRT, phone screen, plasma, etc for compatibility. Not everyone is going to waste hundreds of $ on a new iPhone every **** time a new one comes out to extract more money from the gullible although I'm sure that was the baseline for testing. That's the purpose of being able to set custom colors/contrast: to fit the display and person's vision and also the conditions under which one is trying to read. "One display setting fits all" is oblivious to the real world conditions under which real people who don't spend all day in a room with artificial lighting exist and work.

I want to go back to the original classic email.

please have option to go back to original yahoo mail thanks this new version doesn't allow me to check only new emails I haven't read to process ( at least I haven't found it yet)

The new version is horrible! Where is the magnifying glass so I can search all emails from that sender?! Not cool Yahoo.

OMG!! Yahoo, are you all stupid? And, are you deaf? Do you really give a rat's hat that thousands of people are complaining about the ****** new design? Hey you, the people in charge, give me the option to go back to the original Yahoo mail. Why, because it is so much easier to navigate. But, most impotantly, that is my choice!

This is new interface is extremely hard to look at. PLEASE bring back the simplistic view of old!

With this new interface, I'm going to be transferring to Google. The new interface is terrible and horrific to navigate

New mail sucks , it will take a while but my wife and I will be leaving Yahoo

I absolutely HATE the new Yahoo Mail format. You've made changes without allowing us to control what we see and how we see it. As a user for MANY years, I've always been loyal to Yahoo Mail because it's what works for me...I prefer it to other mail providers. And now...well you've ruined the user experience completely. It's embarrassing that you launched a new Yahoo Mail without even having ALL of the settings available for users. WHERE'S THE COMMON SENSE?!? Please allow users to revert back to what we know and if someone is interested in a different version, they should have the option. But forcing us to do something we cannot control is absolutely ridiculous and wrong!!!

I don't care for the new platform. I prefer the basic version much more.

I want to know how to change it back. My time is valuable to me, I shouldn't have to waste my time when you change the version. It's terrible! The original site was simple and easy to navigate. So frustrating!

When I get a new email, i should not have to hit all to see it. If it hasn't been open, it should appear. This is nuts. Why did you take something that worked and made it a mess. When I get an alert on my phone I have a new email I go to the computer and it isn't there, I have to hit all. How dumb is that. Instead of better, it is worse. sorry but you need to do better. And all the spam I get. I don't get it in my other emails. Same ones all the time. Why don't you work on that first and leave the inbox alone

I prefer basic version, new ones suck, so does AI, so if you don;t want us to switch to a competitor email provider give us the option to use basic version

This makes my email inoperable and seem impossible to learn all the new parts to just catchy sales inspiring eye appeal. I do not want to spend all day, looking at this kind of **** on my computer. I need to read and respond and get out. This is impossible to do so in a timely way.

I absolutely hate this new format. Please give us the option of going back to the classic version. The classic was so easy and quick to navigate and search. This has so many problems that I'm willing to waste the time listing them when others have covered the issues. I will be changing my email provider if something cannot be done about this.
