Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

I agree, instead of making things easier to find it is just more confusing. I would love the option to go back to classic male.

Please add the option to go back to classic. Many older folks who have used yahoo for 20 years or more find this new format disorienting and will have to switch to other products. We have been faithful users for many years, so please give us what we have been using. If you must charge a small yearly fee.

This new version literally hurts my eyes. I've been with yahoo forever, and am now even paying. Please don't make me switch to something else. Please at least give us an option to go back.

Why change just to be different, not better? I have Two yahoo emails now can't find one? Please have a return to classic option. Thanks. PS Most people HATE changes that cause MORE work for a small return.

I hate the new interface. I do not want AI summaries of my e-mails, and I do not need or want to see "starred" e-mails. I just want an easy to use, easy to see email. You know like you used to have. I pay for plus. Please just take us back.

I spent the whole morning swearing at yahoo and trying every possible way to restore the classic mode to no avail. I am ready to open a second gmail account and have all the yahoo mail dealt with through that. Is that what it has come down to? What a disaster. Only thing worse is the total neglect and none response from Yahoo. And I pay for Plus!

Go back to old view. New one is terrible and I have to use slide bar to view emails! This is ridiculous! I'll just go to another provider.

This is a classic case of improvement that ends up inconveniencing the users. A "go back to classic mode" button is imperative, and necessary for all those people of a certain age who are not able to start learning a whole new way of navigating this new interface. Besides it is not even very appealing. Listen to the many users that are telling you they are displeased with this "improvement", and bring back the "classic version" as an option. I have for now switched to the "basic" version, but I am considering linking the account to my Gmail and use that as interface.

Please offer a "go back to classic version" button. If not, I'll be migrating elsewhere. Why in the world would you alienate your customer base by forcing an unwelcome change?

The new Yahoo Mail GUI and functionality is a major setback for Yahoo. Obviously, it was never properly vetted and tested before launching it. Highly recommend adding a "Switch back to the Classic Version" button to the new Yahoo Mail to prevent losing most of your customers and users. As it stands now, the new Yahoo Mail is practically useless. If Yahoo's goal is to make Yahoo Mail look and feel like Gmaill, well, it ain't working. Legal action could be forthcoming on that matter - but that's another subject.

Navigation was so much quicker in the previous version. When rolling out a new version, Developers would be wise to adding and enhancing features, rather than subtracting and diminishing.
