Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

Absolutely HATE his update. It's just awful. There's so much stuff broken with it, or stuff you have just simply removed because... reasons?
Please revert to the old mail UI. Why would you mess with something that work's fine?

Asking for a friend..... does YAHOO MAIL get more revenue by increasing the number of clicks required of a user to accomplish a given task such as delete the contents of the SPAM or TRASH folders?

hate hate hate the new email. Tried it before and when given the option I went back to the earlier version. So far trying to do the same thing with no luck. This new version is much more cumberson, jumps around and I have diffiuculty selecting mutliple emails to delete.

Please give us the option to use the "classic" version. We really liked that product and the new one doesn't work for many of us.

"classic" version offered is clearly not the previous version of the website that existed. I want my categories back, the ones that actually divide your emails by day, instead of making them a visual clusterbomb to read through like Gmail.

Nobody wanted these changes. Nobody asked for them. Stop forcing this upon us. If whichever team or exec behind the new format really wants to push it through, at the very least have the decency to let me revert back to the older version. The new one is hideous, irritating to navigate; and why on earth are all my emails clumped together now rather than being separated by day for the past week and by month for further back from 2 weeks?!

When trying to go back to the Classic Version now, there is no scroll bar on the left pane where the folders are listed. Please fix this.

Based on the extreme negative response of Yahoo users (paid subscribers & not) and their vague, pitiful responses (when users even get one) it appears that Yahoo is asking for more litigation. Not only are they deadset on losing users, generating bad PR, but they will surreptitiously lose way more revenue because people will start boycotting advertisers as well.
Dear Yahoo -- if this was your endgame all along, congratulations, mission accomplished. You have effectively angered/frustrated/****** off most (if not all) of your users (many of which have been with you since you began). Your unwillingness to provide ethical and timely notification as well as the option to choose to your new platform or stay with the format that, ummm, WORKED, is unconscionable and will cost you greatly. Hope you're all (and I do mean ALL) ready and looking for new jobs. I'm out unless I see some serious apology and reinstatement of what wasn't broken that was supposedly fixed. -

The new version simply sucks! It will NOT do. How do I get back to the classic version!? And who is doing your UX? Fire them. Again, I need to get back to the classic version - so how does that happen. ONE MORE TIME, get your scanky, forced-down-my-throat **** off my computer and include directions for returning to the classic view. THEN when something isn't broken, don't go screwing it up!
