THIS IS THE STUPIDEST AND UGLIEST UPDATE I HAVE EVER SEEN.......and I absolutely hate the comments from IA. It never makes sense to make a change JUST because you CAN make a change. When something is working -- leave it alone!

This new format is a step backwards. It is very wrong of you to force me to use this new format. You need to give me the option to return to old tried and true format. It only allows me two other e-mail accounts to switch to. This is a huge disadvantage! Huge! And when I place the cursor on the To: address, it doesn't list the actual e-mail address! This is terrible, when that person has several e-mail addresses.

What are all these colors and categories? An airplane? None of this makes sense. Are you trying to drive us away? I can't stand to look at this inbox now.

Also, please make it easier to delete emails without always hitting ads! Awful!

I like the classic version. Please put my email in that version.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one upset about this!!! My question is why??? I have wasted so much time trying to navigate this stupid platform and even more time trying to get my classic mail back. Hopefully you will bring it back before its too late. I'm a very loyal customer until I change my mind and then we are done. Please move quickly.

Stop messing with people's stuff! Leave well enough alone and quit ******* people off. We have used yahoo for a long time for a reason...the classic version of our mail box. But noooooo, you have the bored devs ***** everything up without anyone's permission. You should have, at the very least, offered people a choice instead of forcing this junk on us.It's garbage. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" is an old saying and it is very applicable to this case. Give us back our classic mail box (not the broken pos basic one you have offered to the people you have screwed over who don't want the new one) and then....LEAVE IT ALONE! Find more constructive things to do with your time.

Just spoke to customer care. They cannot set up back to the classic version. This really sucks. Thanks for ruining a good thing Yahoo. Expect me to cancel my paid subscription. Another dumb decision by Yahoo leadership

This new format is terrible. I cant find anything. When I type a reply email I cant see where I am typing, your program defaults to typing where ever it wants and then moves the page up and down so I cant see my entire message. Go back to the old format. I've had this email address since like 1998 and I will stop using yahoo because the format is so terrible.

This new system is must be somebody's idea of a bad joke. I am getting a little tired of your "improvements" which though they improve your ad revenue don't give me the news and info I want. If I wanted People Magazine, I would have subscribe to it. If I wanted an email system that was confusing, non-intuitive, and with just plain sux, yours would be my choice. But I don't! Bring back the classic. You're not worth the aggravation anymore!

It gives an unserious and unprofessional vibe now. I miss when my inbox looked like a professional, utilitarian excel sheet with uniformity and tight lines. Now it looks like a children's play toy. I do not need every one's little picture/icons on each email line in my inbox, it is so distracting and unsightly...

I switched back to basic mail and none of the features I liked are even there anymore and you cannot go dark mode.(Or the deep purple mode I miss the dark purple) You cannot click the blue circle to mark 'read' the keyboard hotkeys no longer work. Also it does not predict anymore who you want to send the email to in the send bar. It also messed up my email signature.
