Please provide the steps to return to the old email format. I have tried to accept this platform but too many bugs in it. One is you cant navigate with the up and down arrows on keyboard while in an email. It just jumps to the next email or the last one. I'm constantly trying to read my emails and when I scroll down it jumps to next email. Emails are hard to read before opening. This is the worst change I've experienced with Yahoo Mail in years!! I've had to start using my GMAIL account as this change is really bad!

Now it takes twice as long to check my email! Who thinks this is a good idea?

I'm in agreement with everyone else. I hate what you did to me switching to that weird format. You even charged me to do it! Please switch it back and give me a refund or cancel the subscription.

In this life there must be pain, but why in the world would you Z generation airheads change a good thing. Some things should be left alone. Whatever genius decided to change the platform of yahoo should be fired! I have been with yahoo mail and and I have watched changes for almost 30 years with this email platform, every change made was good for this platform, but this is the worst! And every advertiser that I see on this platform, if I am using it, I am going to stop using them. it is always about saving money, or making money and that is what matters today, which is why we have the debacle going on in this country now, greed, and pure evil. This platform sucks to high heaven. You cannot make it personal except for what you have provided black and white, and it appears that you cannot even access your old mail? whoever set this up YOU ARE FREAKING FIRED!

Previous version much more user-friendly. How do I get it back. This new version came to me WITHOUT my consent!!!!!!!!!! I am not happy.

I HATE the new version. I want it all the same as before.

The new version of Yahoo is horrible and I will be transitioning to GMail if it doesn't change.

I have started moving Gmail because of Yahoo Mail’s downgrade. This new downgraded version is the worst email on the market.

When I switch to classic email does not update automatically, I have to refresh. Can no longer search spam or trash. And tired of YOU blocking email messages that I don't want blocked. No one asked you to filter my email before I get it. Why don't you block all the garbage I mark as spam

Your new format is terrible. You buried spam and trash under the the three dots do now I have to constantly dig for it. It's impossible to work with. If I revert to classic, I can't search spam or trash and email does not update automatically I have to refresh it manually and you can no longer scroll messages. You close the one you're in to go to the next one. And you're still blocking emails that I have in my contact list.

Please allow to go back to classic format. This is so annoying and harder to navigate and figure out where everything is. I cant highlite and erase in folders how i used to and this change all seems very pointless.

Please go back to classic. This version is difficult to navigate, difficult to read and I can no longer see my 3 emails grouped together, so now I have to constantly hover over the thing to see if I have new messages, instead of being able to see them like I used to in classic.

It's really ******** how the other feedback have Pending or Under Review yet this thread which is the highest ranked has nothing. It shows how little they care for what their customers want. Yahoo has completely jumped the shark at this point.
