Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I dont like the new format and frankly use the political leaning Yahoo format for nothing except personal email contact, I will migrate if I cannot go back to the old format. 2O year user of Yahoo mail.

    I have used Yahoo for my email for years.

    I HATE this new email version. If I am not able to go back to the old email version, I am going to look for a new email source.

    New version sucks! I am considering leaving Yahoo over this. Makes no sense, is not clear, how can they determine what is a priority to ME?

    Get rid of AI and let people go back to former Yahoo. I hate the new format and it messes up the email. Attachments are missing

    The Classic Version makes navigating and identifying emails easier. The new version is ******* the eyes and makes navigation very time consuming. You did not allow enough time for the user to make an informed decision based on usage before taking the option away. Everyone doesn't live on their laptops or computers all day everyday. I was trying to give the new version a try without automatically saying no to it because I could see at a glance it wasn't user friendly. When I realized
    I absolutely did not like it, you took away the option to return to the Classic Version.
    I do not like the new version and I do not want to continue in it. Please send the button to return to the Classic Version and I know you can do that. You never asked if I wanted to change my version and you should not have changed it to begin with.

    I can't tell why, but the readability of this update is trash. As someone that struggles with my vision, the old design was very legible and very easy to get information at a glance. This update I struggle and stare at things to figure out what I'm looking at. Maybe it's the contrast between elements, IDK, but it needs to be fixed immediately.

    Please let us have an option to go back to the classic version. I have found a version that is somewhat like the classic version, but not really. It still stinks! It wasn't broken. I could navigate, organized and see my email A TON TIMES BETTER with the classic version. I hate using YAHOO!!!!!

    I hate this new version of Yahoo Mail. I use to be able to click on a message and a magnifying glass would appear and I could click on magnifying glass and it would show all the messages from that user. This feature is very important to me.

    What a mess! "If it ain't broke,don't "fix" it" Go back to seeing the date the emails come in before opening it, don't mess with my file folders. The classic version is so much better than this out-of-the-sandbox version. If you are bored, get a hobby!
