Dear Yahoo

I must inform you that the new format for Yahoo Mail is awful.
When you want to reply to a message, with the new format, you can't see what you've written because you can't place the writing cursor where required on the screen.
What's more the options for operations for writing e-mails are very very awkwardly situated with this new format, with the old format the options stayed at the foot of the screen, new you have to scroll down the entire history of the whole e-mail conversation, and a bit more, just to click a simple command and then scroll al the way back up again in order to continue working on your message.
Undoubtedly, judging by these fundamental faults I've stumbled across, this new format must be riddled with faults and bugs.
I advise you scrap this highly flawed new format as soon as is technically possible and reinstate the old one, which worked perfectly, even though maybe it didn't quite look as snazzy.

Here's an amazing idea: Leave it alone. The last time you added the unwanted AI ****, useless bubbles, and pastel colors, I suspect the majority of your customers absolutely hated it (thank you at least for putting it back).

Their isi no go back button. I'm 84 years old and I can't find my incoming mail. I do not want to be all tied up with this new system. Let your computer people use it.

Make it very easy and simple to return to Classic. I don't want Plus.

I don't like the new Yahoo Mail. Can I go back to the old Yahoo Mail format?
There are options in the search, like searching only in the inbox folder, which is no longer there. The new format distracts me. I liked it before; it was more formal and kept me focused.

The new layout is not practical at all. Please, re-think, organise it better, or allow to get to the old layout.

Switch back to classic mail. This new version of mail sucks big time.

My idea is you switch back to the old classic mail. This new update is horrible. I can't change my themes. Can't read my other email accounts because they're so faint in the background you can barely see them. Not easy to navigate. If you won't make it more user friendly than I'll delete my accounts, which I've had for years, and use another mail provider.

Please restore the email format to the original format which was much easier to navigate through with all the vital functions directly in view and not having to be reached by going through other functions.

My feedback concerns the new Yahoo mail. It is absolutely horrible. Incredibly clunky and user unfriendly. Confusing. I would layout the specific features that need to be addressed, but in this case...it is the whole email experience. Just awful. I don't want to use Yahoo email any longer, it's that bad

Yahoo is making Cutting back on storage very difficult now that Drafts have become document’s along with attachments. Use to be Draft & Attachments and you could add to them now its almost impossible to eliminate them. I’ll bet AI had something to do with this and it’s not good it sabotages all my emails no human could have thought this was an improvement. I tried pointing this out to several people who now days rarely use or check their computers just texting or whatever on their cell phones that I don’t & will never have. The so called new Yahoo account is worse than the last time Yahoo tried to improve it. Please go back to the original Basic mail for people like me who don’t understand or want the so called improvements it has sabotaged my account and I can’t figure out how to fix it without deleting almost everything.

How can you improve it? Put it back the way it was. None of these "new Improvements" are better than the way it was. Leave the original yahoo email the way it was and if you want to have something with fancy shmancy new ways of doing things..... offer a new version that people that like "new" things can choose.

This new design for the email is complete rubbish. You are hiding folders I use behind dropdowns. There is a popup that is always getting in my way when I am blocking senders. Why all the folder buttons have to be so big? Why can't I forward the emails like I can with Gmail? You need to make this mailbox less weak. It is awful. Likely the worst version you have ever developed.

I don;t like this update to yahoo mail. I want to have easy acess to trash and spam folders
