I wish Yahoo and Outlook idiot "designers"would just butt out and leave things alone. Yahoo needs to switch back to Classic and Outlook is just plain stupid. AOL blows every other email out of the water. It has the best spam filters by far and is very simple, and straightforward like Outlook and Yahoo used to be.

This is the worst **** I've ever seen! Why do you consider it an "upgrade" when the work flow has been destroyed? My mail account no longer has an icon so I don't know what account I'm currently logged onto, and with no icon I can't switch accounts. Gmail here I come!!!!

Where is the "font", and highlight. This is insanity Yahoo...
Fire the person responsible for this, and give us the Classic back....

This is ridiculous, why aren't Spam and Trash in the main list like before? You really need to go back to the classic Yahoo. Did you have a survey to see if the users want to change? I've had my email address coming up for 25 years. I see by the comments there are not a lot of happy campers with the changes. At work I always said before any changes were made, have you asked the worker bees for input?

New layout is terrible. All the emails are lumped into one big mess. how about some sorting options, like the classic version. Better yet....give users the option to stay with the current version. What's the point of this new version? To say you did something new?

Why did they remove the easily available mailboxes from the left panel in favor of the annoying bottom menu?

Why did they remove the day dividers, making it clear when emails were sent?

Why did they make the color scheme so difficult to look at? The gray and black looks terrible and the font is too similar when compared to the old way when the regular and bold fonts easily delineated the read and unread emails.

Why did they remove the choice to choose your theme and appearance? Strangely, I was able to find the Theme section in settings once since the change, but then it disappeared.

Why did they remove the "Views" option from the left panel?

Why did they remove the "Settings" button from the right panel?

It's absolutely baffling that they see this as an improvement. I've been happily using Yahoo Mail for well over a decade, but it might be time to leave; I never considered making Gmail my main email till now.

At the very least, they should let us choose our experience.

In the spam file you have to delete them one at a time, before all could be deleted with one stroke of the cursor. GO BACK TO THE CLASSIC VERSION. Not all of us are computer "experts".

This new version bounces all over the place. No arrow to go back to the top. too many steps to go through to delete a message. THE LIST GOES ON AND ON!!

How do i go back to the old one I can not even send and e-mail out

Been a user for well over 15 years. The new mail version is so atrocious, I will completely abandon Yahoo mail, if I lose the ability to go back.

Why can't the system default to "All" . How can you set messages to what is priority-not the user!!!!!
Hate it !! Did you do this update by AI? Has a useless executive level moron used this or just approved it!!!!!

Since Yahoo mail has upgraded, it is no longer useable on my Windows 8.1 laptop!
