Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

I use my browser windows side-by-side in my workflow. The new interface presents trash-can and function buttons popups all over the place when I go to click to view an email. I don't want to accidentally delete emails! Let us go back to the old view please. Otherwise, Yahoo mail will just become my spam/junk account that I just use for garbage and nothing important.
EDIT: If you go to settings, you can switch back to basic version. Hooray!!

It is hard to view the emails. The font is terrible. The color of the email is either too dark or too light. The old version was great.

Not happy with this nonsense. It looks like someone had to justify their job and reinvent the wheel. Totally unnecessary.

This new version is absolute trash that is NOT user friendly, nor is it ever remotely pleasant to look at. The interface is choppy and weird. Nothing is as it should be, and that fact that you insist on FORCING us to use any AI ******** is ridiculous and insulting.
CHANGE IT BACK.

I feel like we're being punk'd. This change is ridiculously terrible. I honestly can't say one positive thing about it. Please don't make thing change. It's upsetting on every level. Let us have the classic version back, I beg you.

The new version is not user friendly. I was so mad when I went to compose an email and found that yahoo mail had changed. It is hard to scroll through messages. Emails are not automatically saved. I don't have time for your preview, it is wasting my time. I just want to read my emails. I have had this email box for many, many years, but will consider changing if things don't improve. If it isn't broken, don't fix it.

Why the sudden change in my yahoo account? Why did I have an AI bot Lady on my page look at me asking if she could help me out? When I needed her the Fx@$ off my screen at the time. This AI BOT LADY was FACE BLOCKING IMPORTANT INFORMATION that I was trying to read and convey to someone else at the time. This AI BOT LADY appeared while I was trying to take care of a personal private business matter. I was speaking with someone else at the time over the telephone when she appeared out of the blue. Stop changing things that are not broken. NEW DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN IMPROVED!! GIVE ME BACK MY CLASSIC VERSION PLEASE ASAP. The new one is not working for me. It is a hotmess of a shitshow for a classic version girl.

It it's not broke don't change it !!!! I really really hate the new layout. It's too busy, too many colors and I absolutely hate the preview. I can read my own messages thank you.
Also, bring back my folders the old way.....I can find my sub-folders easier. OMG....such a mess. And let me empty the spam & trash folders all at once with the "garbage can"!!!! so easy.
Your "improvement" is a disaster. Give us that want simplicity the ability to switch back to basic mail without losing older mail messages. -

My suggestion to Yahoo. Stop trying to improve things that do not need improving. The OLD Yahoo was far far far far far better than this enforced thing you dumped on us. I absolutely HATE it! Too bad there isn't a Government agency we could report Yahoo to. Shame on you for making us use this useless thing. Shame on YOU! (My apologies for using the word you covered up. I forgot that some consider it a swear word)

At least bring the original functionality back to the "basic mail" version so those of us just wanting a streamlined mail experience can be satisfied still using the service.

Give me the format from a year ago. This new format sucks! There is no place to block & delete emails. You royally screwed up a good thing.

Should be a TAB to go back to the CLASSIC VERSION than stay STUCK with the New Version one does NOT LIKE and gets them frustrated like it is doing now.

Your management of this transition has been unbelievably terrible. Fidelity updated their apps and front end dramatically too, but they allowed customers to change over slowly or not at all. I respect the company infinitely for that decision. You are selling tools. To just abruptly switch tools on a mass of people who are in the middle of a job and say "we're rly sry change is hard, we hope you'll give the new tool a chance!" displays incredible ignorance and arrogance. The sleaziest, most cowardly thing you did was nerfing the fall back basic edition to a barely functional super early build. It's like your new team couldn't build something as good as the recent builds, so you have to show the worst version of your older product to make the new one look like it doesn't suck so bad. Your brand went from one of my most deeply respected to literally one of my least...practically over night. If I wasn't fairly captive I'd have already left and never looked back. It will be a major pain, but hoping to migrate everything off this platform since you've shown zero respect for the people who have been using your product for decades. Your demographic skews older and you've alienated a majority of them by taking a world class product and F$^%$^ it up when you could easily have continued to offer both side by side like Fidelity did. They respected their customers and knew their value. You guys showed you don't give a S%*& and will hopefully be rewarded in kind.

It worked great the way it was. You "fixed it" when it was not broken. Now it is a pain in the butt.
