I don;t like this update to yahoo mail. I want to have easy acess to trash and spam folders

I don't have the go back button. I've tried the new yahoo and still don't like it. Please give the option the revert to classic yahoo. I don't know why you took it upon yourself to change it without consent???

The new layout for email is TERRIBLE!, go back to other version!

I am glad you returned Yahoo mail back to the way it was this past month or so, but why are AGAIN pushing it out since you realized how bad it was??? The new yahoo mail that you plan to roll out AGAIN looks TERRIBLE and hides important menu folders. Why would you have three dots in order to show trash, spam, etc? when there is so much room to just put all of the folders there? Why are you doing this to us? It's clunky. It's not innovative. It's ugly and less user friendly. The emails themselves are HUGE, you can fit so many emails on one page, why would you turn them into giant rectangles and only show a few at a time? You need to allow us to customize the page and size of emails ourselves if you're going to do that. Nobody wants to see only 5 emails a page when you could previously see dozens and more. There are so many things wrong with the new Yahoo Mail. How don't you see that? It's not the correct vision. People would probably rather pay you money to NOT roll that out.

I hate current inbox please let us choose our own mail box look!!!!!

How to get back the classic email

It's been an extremely awful experience; I will be leaving Yahoo soon after moving all my contacts away. Yahoo was my first email.

Good morning, ISSUE: I cannot compose email from a mailing list. Contacts - List. If you hit the - EMAIL THIS LIST button you NO longer have the option to choose CC "Carbon Copy" or BCC (BLIND CARBON COPY).
You've upgraded your mail look and feel........ITS HORRIBLE . Most unfriendly user application I've seen in years, and believe me I've seen alot. SO fix your email GLITCH and fire the person who came up with this insane upgrade to Yahoo Mail.

The new layout of Yahoo inbox is the worst. I am so disappointed. I no longer open my email account because I simply cannot read my emails in this setup. Please allow users to return to the previous look and have the emails on the right hand side. In the mean time I will finally take the time to move away from Yahoo and have to update every **** thing I have this address listed on which is a painful time waster for someone who does not have spare time.

EPIC FAIL YAHOO.

I am about to stop using yahoo mail due to the widened add column and the diminished mail column. It is distracting and makes it very difficult to delete mail I don't want or need.

Why do you force us to use your new/improved, when it NEVER IS!
I'm 67 and don't want a new/improved every few years.
Plus I PAY for what used to be free. I think Yahoo email is the ONLY service I have that I get what the provider wants to give me, not what I want. It's horrible customer service. Please leave our email alone.

Old mail was stable, functional. New mail gains NO functionality.
Worthless budget expense to your company.

I disliked new version of inbox. I would like to have return old version so I can find my statement to them though.

I am using your mail account since 1999 - and this last update of the mail version - especially how it is working on my PC :-(
Please go back to old version.
after opening mails - I have to swick to "All mail" before I realized... why, so comlicated?
attachements -where can I find them on PC? I see them only in my mobile version!

Please - go back to oder version! Frustration is high using yahoo mail on PC.

I want try new version of yahoo mail interface

New version of yahoo mail has disabled my up and down arrow keys, which previously in the old version let me scroll up and down within and individual email. The left and right arrow keys take me to the previous and next individual emails, which is fine. I would just like to be able to scroll with the up and down arrow keys within an individual email. This up/down scrolling function worked a year ago, but has gradually deteriorated. Please assist. I am using Windows 10 on and HP laptop, and my browser is Microsoft Edge. I tried Google Chrome as a browser and the same thing happened. It is only in individual emails, once opened, that the up/down arrows no longer work.

I absolutely hate the new yahoo mail look, it is very confusing and not user friendly. Please, I want the classic mail back!!!

I am definitely not a fan of the new platform, How can I go back to the old platform??
