Email changed to this new look which is garbage. The first time it happened, I had the option to change back to the old version. This time, that option was removed. Stop trying to fix what isn't broken. The only two color modes are bright white or black. I have my email pulled up all day, every day. I had it set to a green which was easy on my eyes. Now I don't have a choice. I have had this email for over 14 years. I do not want to feel forced to change over to Gmail just because these changes are being forced on me. And going back to the basic option, does not change it back to how it looked. Stop forcing these "improvements" on everyone. I don't need AI in everything and hate the look and function.

I absolutely HATE your new version!!! If it doesn't get fixed back to original then I will be changing my email!! If I wanted a GMAIL "LOOK" I would do a gmail account!!! geez! I'm tired of fighting with this! You should focus on trying to make life easier not this ridiculousness!!!

This new layout is dogsh!t. Impossible to glance at for quick check because it's all gay colored now and half the window is useless space that cannot be reconfigured AT ALL. WTF were you thinking? EVERY single time you idiots try this stunt it goes horribly wrong. What did you expect was going to happen? Learn to mine coal because you suck at the internet.

These IT children really need to be better supervised. Quit letting them make decisions and radically change things out of nowhere with no ability to JUST KEEP IT THE F THE WAY IT WAS.

I can not find the "SENT" line, so I can not go back and look at what I sent.

If I wanted GMail's look and feel, I would go with GMail. Having had YMail for 30+ years, switching to Google's interface was a horrible idea.

The new version is absolutely unusable. And I use it for business. If not returned to cassic version, I wll be switching providers.

I find the new version unappealing and difficult to use. I hope Yahoo will allow users to choose the new version or classic Yahoo Mail version in the near future.

There is always some stupid IT geek that thinks he knows better but they are totaly out of touch with reality. I hate this new email it sucks big time. Stop changing thing just to give these stupid geeks something to do

I also loathe the new format. It almost seems like a poll was taken about all of the features people hate, than that data was then used a the basis for the "New Improved" format.

For the love of God, please go back to the classic version! Been a Yahoo user for 20 years. New version is going to push me straight to Gmail. Undo this mess!

I HATE the new view. The task/Calendar/People panel on the far right takes up too much space and makes it harder to manage my email. WHY can't you just give us the option to disable it?? Why do you think YOUR idea of what works is THE ONLY WAY?? YOU are not the cutomer. This is NOT FOR YOU. It is for US. It weas fine and YOU SCREWED IT UP.

Go back to the classic version, or give dark theme to the basic version.

Overall the new look sucks. when the adds are in a light color and all my email in dark that looks like my email is not important and to be deleted. But why should you care all you want is to show the adds. This needs to be fixed. And by the way. there is NFW that I will ever agree to MFA. If that is ever mandated My account will be deleted. And stupid I was already signed in when I came to post this comment
