Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

Is it Yahoo's mission to send people over to Google? Because this new format , for a lack of a better word, sucks.. At least give us the option as in the past of using the classic version

Entire folder is empty, the emails and documents in this file are very important -

These constant changes are not improvements. You are going to move me off of Yahoo mail. Don't clutter the screen with contacts or other unnecessary information. If I want additional information about messages I sent, etc., I can get that more easily using basic email.

perhaps allow us to change set up? the default is rather cumbersome and you have to change just to get to new email

I wake up on my birthday to a new version of Mail that I didn't ask for with no way to go back to the old version. Had a Yahoo email for nearly 20 years. This is supposed to be ok? What is the hurt in having an option to stick with the classic layout?

Having to slide the mouse far over to the right just to star an email is just the beginning of what is wrong about this new version.
Give me back the classic version! -

I truly hate the new version and ive been a yahoo customer since the 1990's. I have no choice but to permanently cancel my account if i cannot return to the original version. PLEASE BRING BACK So we don't have to terminate our accounts.

By forcing me to learn another email format, you make it obvious that you are not responsive to your customers. Since I would have to learn a cheap gmail clone, I might as well instead learn the actual gmail client. Therefore, I have spent the last week moving all my accounts to a new default gmail account. I would not have done this - it is quite a hassle - but this experience has shown me that Yahoo is NOT REPONSIVE TO THE CUSTOMER. I might as well use another client and hope they are more responsive.
I have sent many feedback messages and they were all ignored. Whoever made the decision to alienate your customer base should think about New Coke. -

I agree with all of the comments below, the new version is way too busy and difficult to use, the Classic version was MUCH better and I was very happy with it. This change is very disappointing. Please change back or give users the option of which version they would like to use!!!

Please give us the option to choose what style we want. I HATE THIS NEW VERSION. It just may push me to a new email service :(
