I like the old way because I had customized to my needs

HATE, HATE, HATE this new version. Not allowed to have more than 3 mailboxes unless upgrade to premium is BS. My husband and I each use this computer but he doesn't get to see his emails unless we pay

How do I go back to classic / basic version???? This new version is awful and annoying and I cannot seem to get back to what it was / what I liked!!!!!

The new mail sucks bad bad bad. i tried going back to the classic mail, but there are still so many missing features! horrible layouts everywhere! whoever said the UI was good was lying for a paycheck.

I would like to have the classic version back. I have tried following the directions for switching but the options are not available in my settings. Please advise how to switch back.

The new format does not work. It's universally hated, not just by me! Despise it! Unattractive and annoying.

If you will not or cannot change back to the old format, please let me know. I would like to start researching a new email address, if you are not going back.

Agree completely! This new format sucks, it's ugly, basic and annoying. Are you just trying to give us the crappiest model available so that we'll upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus???? Please, give us some more them choices. I've had this email forever, don't want to change it, but the new format is awful.

When they switched me to the new version, they deleted a lot of emailsI wanted to keep. We had some credits from an airline, and Yahoo deleted all the emails from the company. Thanks a friggin lot!!!!

I so hate that new version. It is impossible to read anything, it hurts my eyes and brain. So irritating. Why there's no option to go back to the previous version? Why there is only basic yahoo given as an option? Why do you fix something that doesn't need any fix? It looks like Yahoo is forcing me to quit them. Please bring back the classic yahoo mail!

Absolutely hate the new format. Difficult to read and understand and use. Did your programming staff to any type of customer research while developing this change? If so, was the research done across multiple age groups? Elderly users who have been using the product for decades may have different needs than much young users.

New Version SUCKS.

Why is there an option to go back to the basic yahoo mail but not the classic yahoo mail I have to settle for Standard or Basic if I was a Admin I would mute all these comments and just add the classic option to settings and let people decide on which to use.
