Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I hate the new version. Very few emails show up on the page making it hard to scan for what I am looking for. The box for ads on the right takes up way too much room. So frustrating I am tempted after so many years to get rid of yahoo. I want the old version back!!

    Yahoo lost 4 years of saved, important emails. This new version is unwieldy and unnecessary. Too many other changes to mention need to be made. Please take me back to the old version!!!!

    You can improve the new Yahoo Mail by going back to the old Yahoo Mail. If you were going to upgrade it, it should have new features but the new one is missing a lot of things from the old one.

    stop changing the look of my email i like it the way it was i could find my email easy this new **** i just that **** can't find what i'm looking for. if it's not broken don't try fixing it!

    Can't open email with the new changes!!!!
    The old version wasn't broken but this new version is.

    go back to the classic version, the new one is not easy to use, and i have to refresh everytime for the new email, and always automatic go to the priority. Its not good. The old ones already fine.

    This version is so user unfriendly. Give us the chance to go back to the classic version instead of ramming this **** down our throat. I'll give you a few days, then I'm going to go ahead and use another service.

    I have had this yahoo account for 25 years and I am seriously debating getting a new account with gmail. This is such a huge fail on Yahoos part. It was so easy just to leave it how it was and instead you tried to make it better which resulted in a ton of important email getting missed. so completely user unfriendly. Why the **** would you delete the option to go back to the old version, especially when everyone hates the new one so much?

    This new AI version of Yahoo mail is horrible. Revert to the classic version or give your users the options to use the new or the old one. The last classic was not broken & worked fine. I and hundreds of thousands if not millions of other users think so as well from the mountain of comments that you're getting from your Users. I do not use AI for anything and refuse to be forced into using AI for email. Guess you want us to delete our Yahoo accounts in favor of other platforms like Hotmail or Gmail?

    Please go back to the classic version. I hate the email window being such a small window now. I've tried different settings to make it bigger but when it is bigger, there is no way to go back to where you were on the list of emails as it goes right back to the top of the list. I absolutely hate the way this new email is set up. Also, how can I fix the list to always show all instead of the default of priority every time I go to my inbox? I have to manually click it to all every single time so I don't miss emails.

    I can't find things I'm looking for easily. The old system used to put in day breaks - which made it easier for me to find things. I find the fonts and other images confusing and hard to interpret. Please give me the old systems back. This new one is giving me headaches. I can't spend more than a couple of minutes looking at my e-mail before I have to leave the page. Please help!
