so, you can customize everything in yahoo mail except your home page. is this at the direction of PUTIN?

I don't mind change, but really disliked the new version of yahoo mail that suddenly showed up last week. The chat bot was able to instruct me on how to get the old version back, and I am quite happy with the old verion.

I can't switch back to the old yahoo mail, for some reason the button "switch back to basic mail" doesn't appear in settings. The new version gives me headaches each time I try to read my mails : I beg you to give an easy way to come back to the basic version.

I hate this new yahoo. All my emails are gone and even if I select "All" only spam messages are listed. Where the heck are my real messages! I want to revert back to the old yahoo mail but I don't see anywhere to select that option.

PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE LOOK of Yahoo Mail like you di a while back and it looked like GMAIL which I cannot stand. You allowed to reverse to the older version of Yahoo and I am completely satisfied with it. I have seen countless complaints on the new look. One does not ABSOLUTELY have to change something that works. Please leave it as it is OR allow me to keep it the way it is as it works for me! Thank you! Francesca

Hate new yahoo email. Really had to navigate. WHY CHANGE IT?

Views. Horrible compared to previous. Just not an easy view.
The real estate waste space. User cannot see as many emails in rows. The badges are a distraction. The action nav bar coming and going depending on if an emailed checked / unchecked is distracting.
The term "over-designed, over-engineered" comes to mind.

The options to customize font style and size are gone. And I cannot find a "Go Back" button, or I would use it. I HATE this new "experience".

Can you please remove the grey background from the Inbox area in the emails? You seem not to consider that people with visual impairment might struggle with a grey background. Could you make it white?

When replying to a mail the SEND button should be at the TOP (instead of the bottom).
It is very hard to give feedback.

Yesterday, I was composing a long email and it disappeared, nowhere to be found, not in drafts or deleted items.

Go back to the way it was! Changing something is not always an 'improvement' for most of us...and this is no improvement. My screen is all white and so blah! Nothing catches my eye.

all the new looks are positively rediculous. i want to see all the emails in a list, no ads, no special categories, no focus garbage. I want straight up email lists by date, the newest first sorted down to the oldest.
Why is that so hard to the wizards designing all the cutesey things? Just give me the straightforward lists of emails first and let me then choose late if i even want to look at all the cute garbage that all the tech designers want to offer.
Some of us don't want to waste time on the fluff, rather just look at the email lists that i can choose which to address first, second and so forth.
