Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Everyone ahead of me already reflected my sentiments regarding the new email layout --- it sucks, I hate it, it is hard to read, hard to navigate, requires extra steps, it is slow, awkward and cumbersome. So I won't repeat their complaints. But I will say, I PAID good money to have a better email reader, not this ****!

    Please give me the option to use the one I paid for or I will have to cancel and something else.

    Not sure this is a navigation issue but I don't understand why you feel that a person using a desktop wants to use something that is more oriented toward phone usage. I read several complaints from users where you stated a reason for the major change in the interface was to match what the app is. How wrong could a company be. You have made a very user unfriendly product for desktop users. I don't do email on my phone as it's small print and I prefer the large screen to see everything. You should always give the user a choice of which version to use.You stated that Yahoo will not go back to the old format.and you should seriously rethink this attitude.

    I would like to opt out of the new format. I really don't like it. I try to get rid of many emails, and see the ones that are priority. It's colorful, but I need ease of navigation. May I please go back to the old format? PLEASE!

    The old version is superior, bring it back, or at least give us back the "classic" option !!!

    Please return to the previous style of E mail. If it ain't broke don't fix it. I do not like this new version. In other words, IT SUCKS.

    This is so much less user friendly than the classic email. I have to click on twice as many things to get to where I want to be. What were you thinking?

    Really not to happy being forced to use this new Yahoo mail. Been using Yahoo Mail as my primary email for better than 20 years. Really very familiar with navigation of the old style. Just can`t believe I was made to go to new style. Don`t understand how Yahoo benefits from a hole lot of us being forced to new Yahoo. It must somehow but it does not benefit me. Please allow me to go back to old Yahoo. Thanks so much Rodney.

    Switch it back to old mail. This new version and basic options are absolute garbage. They're hard to read, hard to select/delete. It's incredibly frustrating.

    I am about to switch email providers because I can't figure out how to work anything with the new email layout. Why would you force people to change? If it's not broke, don't fix it. If we wanted a terrible layout for our email and terrible functionality, we would have been using aol this whole time. I am moving over to gmail. The new version of yahoo mail is the WORST!!!!

    I hate this new version. like many others say, it sucks! Now it takes me even longer to sort through my email, besides I never asked for a new version, there was nothing wrong with the old version. It should have been my decision, if I wanted to opt for a new version. so I ask, to please give me the option to switch back to the old version.

    Answer?
    By not having it. The previous one was clean, efficient and stylish. Children, the elderly, and idiots could interact with ease why break what didn't need fixing.

    My only complaint about the old one was blocking scam emails. I wish they had a better filter for those. Other wise? It was perfect.

    I hate this new version! Some high school kid decided to play around and we got THIS! WHY HAVE YOU DONE THIS TO US???? NONE OF IT IS USEFUL!!!! GIVE US BACK THE ORIGINAL VERSION. THIS IS SO STUPID AND IRRITATING! JUST LOOK AT ALL THE MESSAGES.... YOU REALLY CREATED A **** MESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
