Rob Gelick is the General Manager of Yahoo Mail. Jim Lanzone is the CEO of Yahoo! Inc., the company that operates Yahoo Mail. I'd like to hear from these guys why the change, without regard to the subscribers who use yahoo mail. How do we contact these guys directly. Undoubtedly we are dealing here with employees who have some ulterior motive to change over to this new layout.

This new design is absolutely disgusting. I loved the older design.

The first time it changed, I had an option to go back, then about a week later, there it was again and I have NO option to go back, WTH???

Listen to your user; fire the idiot you hire from Google. Go back to the old version; much more user-friendly

What is wrong with you guys? Offer both versions to Yahoo + accounts so we don't have to leave for another email program. We have more than one account. One has the button where we can revert back to classic. Another account will NOT let us revert to classic. Listen to your users. You are forcing a sub par program on us.

I am sympathetic to the person who is jn the middle of a job search. I have info for my taxes in a folder and reservations for an upcoming international trip. Much Much harder to access the folder info. Everything is much less convenient. Takes me longer to do anything.

Give us the "option" to use the new version or not. What you have done is tied our hands to 2 choices - a black screen which you can't see or a white screen that is blinding. Not professional email viewing by any means. Just give the option - Old Version - New Version

I completely agree. There is almost nothing in the new format that works. Everything I want to do is much harder, and many important features are missing. I have had my yahoo account for over 20 years, or as long as I have had email at all. I much preferred it to gmail but that is not longer the case. I guess I will have to drop my yahoo account and use gmail only, but I am not happy about it.

I, like many others, really HATE this new email version. I hate everything about it. It is very hard to read. I can't believe that I just woke up without my photo gallery with absolutely no warning. Why can't we keep the old version? What is wrong with you people? If you don't correct this situation really soon I will be looking for a different email provider.

Absolutely awful new layout. I HATE it so much that I am going to be forwarding all of my mail to my gmail account from now on, will no longer be using Yahoo to sign up for anything and will be changing my email on everything I can as soon as I can. I have been a loyal yahoo mail user for over 20 years but I am done. You tried this before and everyone I knew switched back to the classic and now you take it away completely? **** that and ********.

Almost 20 years with at least one yahoo mail account.. Now I need to find a new email provider that doesn't have this horrible look. It's honestly hard to find things, it's hard to sort through. I suffer chronic migraines and now trying to read the subject for emails actually hurts. Thanks Yahoo, for actually causing me physical pain.

I absolutely HATE this new version as well. Why not give the option of going back to Classic ? We should have a choice-not be forced to live with this screwed up version !!!

This new version is so hard to navigate. Why are you changing it from functional to something that is not working? I can't search for emails from the same sender. It's hard to look for emails, which folders they belong to, or even look at them. I was able to look at the title of 20 emails at once and see which ones I need or I don't, but now I can only glance 10 of them.
