Yahoo mail is fine just the way it is. You should ask people IF they want it changed. DO NOT CHANGE MY YAHOO MAIL.

Fix the search box...disappears after clicking on it. Can't access advanced options, menu drops then retracts before you can click anything. Pretty but worthless, please consider restoring an older ugly version that works.

DO NOT get rid of the current/old yahoo mail option. If the update becomes the only choice I will be switching all of my emails to gmail. The new one makes it difficult to find e-mails and all of the other things you claim to be improving are actually worse.

Not receiving emails. Absolute rubbish. I've wasted 45mins setting this up, trying everything and not receiving emails to it. Tried both sets of details, when there should only be one: for instance... at signup given this bondjames007007@yahoo.com - but that doesn't receive anything. Then tried this bondjames007007@myyahoo.com - nothing. The whole process is a fkin disaster and will never use yahoo now as a result. Nothing is working, it's a new account and there's nothing to troubleshoot. No filters. Set it up and it doesn't work. ****.

I have used your mail for years and every single time, without fail, I have rejected your visual update until this recent one. I absolutely HATE every single update, and now I cannot change back to the old layout. Any time I do I'm locked in permanent light mode, this visual update is absolute ****. Stop trying to force a visual update on this, I know someone is paid a lot of money every year to ******* up and make a worse, more rounded layout or whatever the next "innovation" is, but leave me out of it.

The new Yahoo mail format is TERRIBLE. This is an example of tech support which is ANTI-SUPPORT. I was never given the choice to switch from the old format, but that format is MUCH BETTER. Please give us the option to switch back to the old format. The categories of Primary, Transactions, etc., are NOT necessary and I can best decide which categories are important. Again, please include the option to keep the old format

You started getting the email folder correct, NOW they are all MESSED up again. Why did you remove the total emails so I know how many I have? Why can I not expand my Folders? This was getting better NOW it's worse AGAIN!! Please fix these.

I'm not seeing any improvements; you've promised the ability to disable AI Summaries -- where is it? You continue to make it more difficult to use. I will be be thrilled when I can finally migrate everything away from yahoo. It's just taking time. And, honestly, I wasn't really hurrying because I kept thinking you'll make it better. You haven't. You've made a bad system even worse, which I didn't think was possible. Now, I've lost access to my e-mail folders -- yes, I accidentally hit something, but it should be easily correctable. May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your armpits!

I want to confirm I LOVE BASIC EMAIL that I've enjoyed for over 20 years. It was designed exceptionally well to keep me and other loyal customers happy all these years. In March I was forced to use a new version which I greatly disliked and caused me stress. Thank you for reverting me back to the original which satisfies all my needs. I have a gMail account which I don't use because the Basic Yahoo Mail is so much better in utility and looks. I GREATLY hope I can continue to use this version PLEASE.
