Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

Your "new and improved" version sucks. You tried to fix something that wasn't broken.....and broke it. And, to add insult to injury, you have now blocked the user's ability to change it back. GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE ABILITY TO CHANGE IT BACK!!! I've had a Yahoo account for a very long time, but this is ******* me off to the point where I am considering switching to another email service and starting over from scratch. I have nothing positive to say about the new look.

I literally use Yahoo Mail because I hate the look/layout/navigation of Gmail and now it's look exactly the same as Gmail! I'm so annoyed!

This version is so bad I am considering taking my 20 years of using yahoo email and moving to gmail. This is TERRIBLE. It just took me almost an hour to do what should have been 20 minutes of work because yahoo's email system is SO BAD.

Go back or give your users the option to return to the old yahoo classic version, Please!!, much simpler and easy to use. I hate the feel and appearance of the "new" version.

the new version is awful. It didnt fix anything. it's harder to see all my messages, who sent them, who they were sent to, literally eveything is worse. Just go back to previous version. Gmail is BAD that is why we use Yahoo so making your mail system look more like Gmail is a BAD thing for us. Set yourself apart. If you want to give is more OPTIONS so people can make it look more like Gmail fine, but I want to see as much as I can, not as little as you'll allow. This is my daily work email so it is CRITICAL to my job. You made my actual job harder. Please fix it.

Go back to the old yahoo....it's terrible now so i'll now be soon switching to Zoho (where i already have a business acct. and outlook and Gmail.

YOUR CHANGES ARE TERRIBLE. I CAN'T EVEN FIND NEW EMAILS WITH THIS. I WANT THIS SWITCHED IMMEDIATELY. FIRE WHOEVER DID THESE RIDICULOUS CHANGES. ONE OF THE FIRST MISTAKES SOFTWARE ENGINEERS MAKE IS ADDING A LOT OF USELESS ADD-ONS WHILE MEANWHILE DESTROYING THE BASIC PRODUCT. I GIVE THIS NEW VERSION A 0 GRADE.

After dealing with this preposterous update for the past few weeks, I cannot decide whether this is deliberate sabotage in an attempt to force us to purchase a service upgrade, or if it is total incompetence at a level that defies belief. The general layout, the inability to delete more than one message at a time, the inconvenience of the way the system handles replies to emails, the wasted screen space, and dozens of other just stupid changes in this new update compared to the original, make it basically unusable for business purposes. I will have to find a new email service that I can migrate my saved and archived messages to and then start the pain of change of address notices.

Please give us the choice to switch back to regular Yahoo mail. I do not want to switch from Yahoo and have use for over 25 years.

The new version is awkward, clumsy and totally unnecessary ... change for change sake is not a good reason for a re-do of a perfectly well-working system. To boot, the option for returning to basic version has been removed. Totally frustrated!

I have been using yahoo mail for over 20 years. What set it apart from its competitors was the fact that it was as basic as possible with no unnecessary blink. I will also use another mail provider if the option to return to the old UI does not return to our settings soon.
In my opinion, if you wanted to maker such drastic changes, you should have published a new product and try to attract users there. Yahoo mail, should not have changed like that. You ruined it.
