Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

We are still "trying it" and still "hating it", just to let you know. "It" being your new horrible, unreadable, confusing, unpractical new mail experience, as you call it.

Restore the old version. I've used Yahoo mail since the 90s... I have always hated the changes that you make to the UI, but this is far too much. I'm old! PUT IT BACK! It would be nothing to you to have a "simple view" the way it was. I REALLY don't want to have to close my account after all these years, but I will.

Who came up with the new look in Yahoo email needs fired. Go back to the old classic look. If it isn't broken, don't fix it. I may look to change to another platform if it doesn't get any better.

Everything was great UNTIL Yahoo decided (not us!!) that this "new look" was the norm! Well, over 5000 users DISAGREE!! 5000!!! Change it back!! This new look SUCKS!!

The new format flat out SUCKS! Why take away our choice to continue using the old format. I absolutely HATE it and am now looking in to migrating to Gmail. Do you not care at all about your customers? This is the crappiest looking format I have ever seen and the genius behind it should be fired and never allowed to touch a computer again.

Guess I'm late to the party!! Yahoo just switched my email and what a complete mess. Family has five different accounts - they won't sync now under one account. The GUI of the new email is an incredible mess. Lack of useful options. Had a VERY FUNCTIONAL email with Yahoo for almost 30 years (was one of the first on Yahoo). Sadly, this is the way the company that took over Yahoo runs things. Worth noting that most people will never find this area for feedback to Yahoo, so the true number of people that are unhappy with the change will never be known. I would suspect that the vast majority of Yahoo mail users are very unhappy.

RIGHT? This new version SUCKS bad - I can't make the font bigger, the layout is horrible and having to "pay" for support is BS - It's awful on the mobile and desktop versions - I just can't right now!!

Bring back the old mail - this new mail SUCKS. Looks horrible, not easy to use, you really mucked it up this time Yahoo. I don't need pretty colors, pop up windows, previews, etc - I need to be able to look at and use my yahoo mail. Forcing people to use without an option to go back to a proven and useful earlier version is crazy. CRITICAL does not describe the priority or how badly I want this to change.

I really hate this new update. The emails that are listed as unread include all the offers and spam emails unlike the old version.

I've used Yahoo for 20 years. The "new" version is the worst internet/email experience I've ever had. It is clunky and childish looking. It takes more time to find out what I want to do than it needs to. The organization is not helpful. The old version was simple and the interface worked much better.

I just want to log in read my mail and move on Not log in figure out the new stuff and stay frustrated to the point of wanting to quit using Yahoo altogether!

this new mail sucks. Also, this thing won't let me click the critical box, telling me I have to log in. How did I get here if I'm not logged in??? I got in through this ****** new email that apparently does not understand that I am already logged in, in addition to being stupid and ugly. Besides, according to the instructions I found, I was supposed to click on settings and then at the bottom left be able to click to switch back, but it wasn't there. Yahoo sucks.
