Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I GOT A NEW COMPUTER NOW I CANNOT REMEMBER MY PASSWORD I DID NOT HAVE TO ON THE OLD COMPUTER BUT NOW IT WILL NOT LET ME CHANGE PASSWORD TO A NEW ONE VERY FRUSTRATING

    We also like to choose HOW MUCH we need, so don’t FORCE us to deal with any fancy extra bells & whistles than we ask for. Nuff said. Yahoo is either full of vicious, sadistic young idiots who have no respect for their elders, or honorable, well-meaning people. You choose. I WANT MY OLD YAHOO BACK!!

    Thanks for keeping the old classic email available. It is the only way I can delete all the spams. I hate this new version!

    It looks like the designers went to a three year old (or the Jetsons?) for inspiration. Mainly I hate it because it doesn’t WORK! I’ve had YAHOO for many years and it’d be difficult to make a change, but unless you can find a workable solution to this problem you have created for me, I will have no other choice! I do not use Snapchat or any other social media and I rely on Yahoo as my only means of communicating. Older people hate sudden changes thrust upon them. It is an offense to their dignity to make them feel helpless and marginalized. I like to CHOOSE my new learning curves! You too will be OLD someday and will get what I’m saying and you will feel as HATEFUL and OFFENDED as I am feeling right now.

    I'm 79 years old and think the "new Yahoo mail is not user friendly. I have 2 computers and on still has the old version.

    Please convert my email back to the previous version - I did not give my permission to update to a new format. Your new format is far less helpful

    The new email version is waste of time. The old classic one is much easy and much helpful and not vague at all.

    emails disappear some emails keep getting put in spam even after I mark them not spam multiple times. I have to scroll to the bottom of page and click on tabs to bring up my new emails. When I read an email and go back to inbox the email will be gone. I absolutely hate this new version. I want a choice to pick which one I want.

    You would be wise to KEEP the opt-out option. Otherwise, you will get another 5000 feedbacks 100% negative.

    STOP force-feeding us. We are NOT geese being used for foie gras. Treat US with respect, or we will bury you with emails AGAIN.
