Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE NEW EMAIL SET UP> PLEASE CHANGE MY ACCOUNT BACK TO THE VERSION IT WAS

    I really hate the NEW EMAIL look and so do millions of Americans My idea is let people go back, I happened to click TRY IT and then didn't have a chance to go back. Will probably just let my my account sit idly by and just use GMAIL. this YAHOO NEW MAIL is A W F U L

    Would love it if you would switch back or give the option to switch back. It is extremely difficult and time consuming for our office to have time. Do not like the new version at all!

    Switch back to Basic Mail please or at least allow that as an option! This e-mail format is too complex.

    Yahoo's new interface is HORRIBLE. It is not user friendly!! It is hard to see attachments and to send messages.

    IT IS CRITICAL TO GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT.
    THIS IS SOOOOOOOO INEFFICIENT!!!
    SO HARD AND WASTE OF TIME TO DO ANYTHING!

    GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT, ASAP, PLEASE!!!

    Why change things around? Everything was working fine. The new look is difficult, does not scale properly with browser zoom functions, has reduced functionality, and fonts are not customizable. Stop hiding everything behind icons and multi-level menus. Drastic downgrade.

    I hate this new format. It is NOT user friendly. I can find no place to delete mass emails after checking them in the boxes on the left. PLEASE reinstate the old format. It was much more user friendly. Otherwise I will be forced to move everything over to another service, which is unfortunate since I have had this email for YEARS! It will be a nightmare to notify everyone involved.

    "Switch to Basic Mail"

    If you're using New Yahoo Mail, click the More options icon Image of the More options icon in Mail. | select Settings Image of the Settings icon in Mail.. If you're using the classic version of Yahoo Mail, click the Settings icon Image of the Settings icon. | select More settings.
    Near the bottom left, click Switch to basic Mail.
    Click Switch to basic Mail again to confirm.

    Switch to full-featured Yahoo Mail

    Click Switch to the Standard Version of Yahoo Mail in the upper-right corner.
    Clear your browser's cache.
    Restart the browser and return to Yahoo Mail.

    Don't see the option to switch? If the link to switch to Basic Mail isn't on your Settings page, it's not available for your account at this time.

    I am waiting for the switch option so I can go back to Basic Mail...I have some serious and legal issues pending and you are impeding the resolution...Get the Basic Mail switch setting back on my account! I have attempted to contact you by the number listed and am unable to speak to anyone. I have sent several emails...your company is definitely having problems which now have become mine!

    I cannot access my email in a timely manner with all the additional graphics with my current system. Please bring back the option of classic email so my daily functionality can return.

    I CANNOT USE THIS NEW VERSION. IMPOSSIBLE.
    PLEASE URGENTLY RETURN TO CLASSIC VERSION (AT LEAST PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL OPTIONALITY) OR RISK BEING DUMPED FOR MORE USER FRIENDLY INTERFACES

    You changed the look without even giving us an OPTION first?! WHY?! YOU'RE not the ones using this every day, WE ARE! WE are the ones who love the classic look and we WANT IT BACK!!

    I hate that yahoo decides what emails I should view first. Let me see ALL of my email in one tab!!!! If you REALLY need the tabs, let me move my email to the tabs I want. I don't thing it's Yahoo's business/decision what emails are priority, offers or social. I would love to go back to the classic Yahoo. It wasn't broken.
