Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    As painful as it would be to establish a new, non-Yahoo email address for all my business, I'm thinking that I'll be doing this shortly. I'm getting frustrated every time I use the 'new look'.

    How many more bad reviews and requests to make the old version available do you need, Yahoo? I don't see the "under review" button attached to this thread which is by far the most voted for issue of all of them. How many more people need to tell you that the new version is inferior, hard to maneuver and ugly before you take action?

    Yahoo, you have made a Terrible mistake forcing this New Version on me and the other Users. The New Version is not well thought out and missing so many components compared to the Classic version that you have destroyed and not letting Users return to it. The Classic Version was perfect for my needs. Do the right thing and put the Classic Version back up with letting everyone return to the Classic Version or keep with your New Version. Let the Users decide what is best for them and stop wasting our time with this inferior version that you have pushed out. Whoever designed this new version is in the wrong business and needs to be fired. How in the world could any sensible person think what you have rolled out as a new version is better than the Classic Version. How many Users have to tell you the New Version is Garbage? There are now close to 4700 Users that have taken their time to let you know you have made a huge mistake forcing this inferior version on us. Stop the madness and give us the option to GO BACK TO THE CLASSIC VERSION. See from there how many people really want your new version compared to the Classic Version.

    The New Yahoo is terrible. You had some **** versions before , but this is so terrible if i was in charge i would fire everyone associated with this project and result. By far the worst version EVER.

    I hate the new version. It is bad on the eyes and difficult to use. I'm considering changing from Yahoo. I don't even have the option to revert to the classic version. What a waste of time.

    "Switch to Basic Mail" option needs to please be returned.

    ( i asked for the "Switch to Basic Mail" option to be returned NOT "GO BACK TO THE CLASSIC VERSION" yahoo please don't move my message again. apples and oranges. .......classic version is not basic version. ) now you delete my message. . . . .

    ...please return, at the very least, the option to "return yahoo basic mail" in settings ........at least before we had that option. for me now, its gone. in error i was testing out the new yahoo. now the option is just gone, i cannot return. i would have never never tested it out if i knew this option would be removed.

    yeahhhh the option was removed during use for me. i tried, and i want to go back not be trapped in the new thing options used to support going back to BASIC

    for me, its very sad. those options meant a lot to me.

    My yahoo email is glitchy and I have been having trouble seeing the emails as I scroll.
    Sometimes I can't scroll up to see the Inbox button and can't see some of the folders on the bottom of my screen while scrolling. Also sometime my emails at the top are hidden as I try to scroll to them. Please switch back to classic version! This is soooo frustrating!

    New version is cluttered and unusable. Old simplistic design was far superior. Changes are so unnecessary. Why spend time and effort making an ideal product into something garbage? Do a better job.

    Please bring back the old Yahoo Mail. This new one is clunky. I prefer the slimmer and sleeker design of the old one. I also liked the themes and colors we could use before, which seem to no longer be available. Please give the option to users to use the old Yahoo Mail design.

    Go back to the Classic Version - or at least give.us.the.option! Was a MUCH cleaner view uncluttered w the new (unnecessary) Social Media circles. And REMOVE the "Priority" stamp altogether. You do not know which emails are priority to ME. This New Version has WAY TO MUCH JUNK I'm forced to look at - and overlook - while trying to do my work! Also too much spacing between emails. Give us the option to tighten this verticle spacing up again! Incredibly inefficient format and lousy for us paying subscribers (20 years!) to no longer have the option for a simple, uncluttered & tighter view like before. What was a simple, fast task at my job going through emails is now a nightmare I'm being forced to slow down & sludge through. Nice going removing the option for the simple, clean, fast & easy-to-navigate Classic Version.
