    We had our backend team take your Yahoo ID and check your account.
    Your subscription was canceled on 01/08/2025. We don't see any active Mail+ Subscription for this account. You can certainly renew it if you'd like, but from logs, this is the reason for seeing the ads. Thanks!

    Hi Max, yes if you have upgraded to Yahoo Mail Plus and you're still seeing ads, that is a bug. We do have your Yahoo ID so we take a look, but please remember it's account specific, so only the account you made the purchase from will work, not the other linked accounts. Thanks!
