Hi Karen, it depends on if you are in Conversation view or not. In Convo view, you need to scroll down a bit and you'll see the bottom toolbar appear with the paper clip (attachments) and if youre not in Convo view, then the bottom toolbar with the paper clip will always be at the bottom. Thanks.
