I just saw a notification yesterday stating that I have exceeded my mailbox storage. Truthfully, I am very proud to tell my friends that I started using my Yahoo Mail since 2002, exactly more than 23 years ago. I don't have to create another new email as my email is never full. Upon searching the web, Yahoo offered a whooping 1TB mail storage. Happy me continued spreading the words to my friends about the exciting discovery. I was hearbroken, devastated & even cried yesterday. Why are you reducing the mail storage to 20GB? You have deleted some of the other functions - Briefcase, Messenger. Why are you taking this away as well? The reason I stay strong with Yahoo eventhough people are saying Yahoo is no longer relevant. Yes it's true not everyone fully utilize the email. But I really am using my email. I love using emails. Please, I beg you, remain 1TB as free storage. I sincerely hope you would consider my humble request. Thank you.
