Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.

Yes, this has been implemented. We do not share info that is incorrect. You need to widen the left hand column and then your Folders will expand and stay expanded until you log out or refresh the browser. Thanks.
