Storage Exceeded
I received an e-mail stating that my storage was exceeded on Aug 15th, and I had to address it immediately otherwise i could not send or receive e-mail. I did something about it when I could on Aug 18th. But now I have no e-mails received between Aug 15th and 18th. This is unacceptable, if you are going to do this, you should archive any emails from this time and when I addressed the issue, reinstate those e-mails so that I am not missing any important e-mails. Or at a minimum, give more time to address this issue.

As mentioned in the email and help pages, once you delete emails you still need to empty your trash and spam folders. Then the storage number decreases. Also, the not sending/receiving emails comes into affect 30 days after you go over. So you have 30 days to start deleting and getting under the 20GB mark. Thanks.
