I can't receive important work emails because you changed your storage size without offering any solution!!!! you are all the same as your president!!!! foreign based no allowed to add storage with no us address. Shame on all of you.

Hi Jan, we have provided a lot of help and tools to get your email under 20GB if needed. We sent out numerous emails letting you know about these tools. You can also go to your Settings > Manage Storage. There you can start deleting the right emails that are taking most of the space. It's usually an attachment/media issue and not the volume.
