Feedback regarding missing email incident

Thank you for your assistance with my recent incident. I really appreciate that Yahoo provides an email recovery service.
However, I would like to share some important feedback about the issue I encountered: when I deleted a draft reply, the original email was also deleted at the same time. What made the situation worse was that the original email did not even appear in the Trash folder, which caused me a lot of stress.
After some testing, I realized that this problem only occurs with emails sent from Standard Chartered Bank. When I tried with other emails, deleting a draft did not cause the original message to disappear. This makes me believe that the issue may be related to the specific format or special attributes of these bank emails, and how Yahoo Mail handles them.
It would be understandable if the original message simply went to the Trash after such an action, but completely losing it without a trace is very frustrating.
I hope your team can investigate this scenario and improve the handling of such emails in the future to avoid similar problems for other users.
