The layout of the historical message chain is very confusing - such a nightmare to find the right email on a chronicle basis...
The mails will get stuck together with no logical order. Also, it hard to delete a specific email cause the delete will erase the entire email chain. Such a nightmare!

Hi there, if you do not like the way our Conversation threads are laid out, you can certainly disable those under your Settings and go to just Individual view. Thanks!
