New to Yahoo Mail and find it nothing but wanting money
How do I go back to Xfinity mail? This is too confusing for me. Ads I've never had and I refuse to pay to get rid of them! Absolutely ridiculous!

Hi Bonnie, thanks for your feedback and welcome to Yahoo Mail! We hope you give us a chance, we definitely know change can be frustrating and hard. Yes, we do have ads in our platforms, but so did Comcast actually! That shouldn't have changed in migrating. We do offer an ad-free experience if you upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus, but of course it's not mandatory. Hope this helps! Thanks!
