No option to change colours or to change anything about mail settings anymore? (ie make more compact, change background colour). why is it so basic now....

Yes, we no longer support different themes or stationery. Very sorry! It had very low usage, had high upkeep and bulked our sites/apps. Therefore we made the decision to keep the themes very very simple. We currently have no plans in adding this so far. Thank you for the suggestion!
