managing storage that works
the managing storage counter just doesn't work.
been deleting like mad to fit within the 15Gb limit.... the size counter doesn't change
SHOCKING!
what about a delete tool that works?

Hi David, thank you for your feedback. This is mentioned in our email communications and in the help articles, when you delete emails, you also need to empty your Trash folder. Once that folder is emptied, then you'll see the storage number decrease. We also recommend emptying your Spam folder. Thanks!
