Tooltips are Broken
Tooltips pop-ups are getting in the way of navigation. The tooltips are popping up way too quickly. I go to click on a folder, and I can't because the tooltip is already up and blocking it. Please slow down the tooltips. We should need to hover for a few seconds before the tooltip appears. I keep getting thwarted by these.
