Go back to basics. The font is way too small, the double tapping each email is **** - surely this is the best you can come up with - it sucks big time

Every time there is an update I lose. It is harder to navigate and requires so many extra steps. Now I can't use my E-mail at all. You have selected for me an old email address I hardly use. I can't contact anyone to help as nothing is available to use. I have tried calling but need a code. I can't get a code. I want my previous email back as it is a yahoo account not Gmail. It isn't right that you get to make choices for me without my permission.

RE: Yahoo Mail: the new interface is slower and less efficient, and I want the old interface restored as an option. When I try to scroll down everything subtly shakes and moves slowly. I hate using it so much that my mail ends up piling up unread. And the AI summary is dumb and misleading as well.

These updates are awful. The new "switch back to old yahoo mail" goes back to an updated version that feels so unusable and wastes more time. You can't drag a document directly from the desktop to attach anymore and you have to hit the next button to see a previous page of emails instead of just scrolling down continuously. Also, the formats of the emails are completely different and hard to interpret. Then the "new" version is absolutely horrendous to look at. The color options are only dark version and light version. Not to mention there's no settings to even change anything so you have no options, you're stuck with ugly and hard to read set ups. Why fix what wasn't broken. You have completely ruined our day with these terrible updates. Complete garbage

It was working fine before the way it was. Just put it back the old way so I can get my emails again. Currently on my PC it's only showing the most recent emails from 7/14. All this got bungled when I said ok to adding my Gmail account. Please remove the syncing from Gmail as well. Thank you !

I truly despise the new look and feel. It is a serious jump back in UX and the reason I moved back to the traditional when I was able to. Now is impossible. I don't want to use a new mail client to read my email at Yahoo but you're pushing a lot

I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW VERSION. GOOGLE CHANGED THEIRS AND NOW YOU ARE CHANGING YOURS... WTF?

give all accounts the option to switch to the basic mode of yahoo mail. one of my accounts I can and the others I cannot. I absolutely hate the new version and need the option to at least use the basic mode if I can't get the classic version back.

How can I switch back to the old version? I am not getting my emails even with all mail and switching it in settings to not group my emails

The rightmost column is a serious waste of space, making it unable to read my email content in a proper width - continue this and i will be using other mail applications to pull the email information instead of directly from yahoo mail online. Also cannot tell from the fonts which emails are read/unread. And lack of customization for things like font/size/spacing. Just bring back the old version.

Keep cursor (the arrow that is moved by the mouse pad) visible in the text box and let us see attachments without having to open message. Let us attach files from previous emails.
