How can i return to basic mail settings. There is no button for basic settings at the settings menu in the lower left end of mail

    The new version is not helpful for me and not a user friendly. Please replace the old version.

    GO BACK TO "USER FRIENDLY "OLD MAIL" SYSTEM" WAKE UP TO CUSTOMER REQUESTS

    Bring back option to switch to old yahoo mail. I do not like new mail (poor usability, lack of some features) and now there is also no way to switch back to old style.

    Improvements can be made by changing the awful new look back to the previous appearance, which is clearer and more user friendly.

    YOUR AUTOMATED REPLY WAS AS USEFUL AS YAHOO MAIL HAS BECOME. THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT REMOVING THE "OLD MAIL" IS IN THE 10000's . BECAUSE YOUR SO ARROGANT & NOT LISTENING TO CUSTOMERS THEY ARE MOVING TO HOTMAIL.

    I cannot understand why you changed the old good UI to this new 2026'ish terrible card based UI. I have a useless card taking one third of my mail view on the right. New unread emails seem unreadable. I have been a Yahoo user since 1999 but I might need to leave now, it's so bad. Looks like someone made it with AI in 5 minutes without think user experience. Please bring back an option to use Legacy UI for existing users. Thank you.

    The new Yahoo mail page is clunky, unfriendly, and imposes an inconvenient user experience. Please restore the old Yahoo Classic Mail View, which I've used for over 20 years and which worked well.

    Too much whitespace, hard to sort and read, not a good user interface. If I wanted a Gmail clone I'd just use Gmail instead. The old interface was superior.

    get rid of this awful stupid e-mail set up! no body wants it, no body likes it!!!! it is ****! who ever came up with this idea, needs to be both named and shamed...and then fired! as it really is that ****! i will now be telling companys to not send me e-mails, as i will not respond to them now... in the format that you have made the page look!! revert it back to what it was!!!! as this is just ******* awful!

    I don't like the new email. When I open my email, I want to automatically see "all". Not what Yahoo thinks I want to see.

    absolutely nothing wrong with it before now it looks cheap and hard to read Just plain dumb. Not broke, leave it alone
