new version seems to be full of bugs ... unable to load folders today!

I have set up a new yahoo email for work to have my work email forwarded to. I have an existing yahoo account that I have had for 20+years. I have been using the New Yahoo Mail for 3 months now and I do not like it at all! It does not give me the option to switch to Classic or Basic. Please Please Please - bring back the option to switch back.

I tried adding my new email inbox to my older account that still is using classic email but I am unable to use the "sent from" on my new inbox, it defaults to my main inbox, which is not correct. So now I have two different browsers open, one for my work email and one for my personal email. Is there a way to make the "sent from" not on the primary email?

I do not like the layout when I open the email. There are three columns, the message in the middle, I can barely read it and move from left to right to read it. Use UIX AI instead of silly IT twats uncapable of minimun sympathy.

i think you should have closed this idiotic yahoo mail it is now completely useless you removed all memories and important files i cant get back anything now what is the use for this useless site? i wish i didn't use this site in past for my important work actually you dont know how to save peoples important files you are still living in 1990's i think

Please allow switch to Basic Mail, or put such a button somewhere in the settings.

I hate this new email system! I'm not receiving all of my emails and none since July 13th on my desktop.

I was on basic mail. Now I am forced to use the New Yahoo Mail.
As I complaint about it, the statement on my screen read: This option is not available to you at the moment.
Unbelievable.

Taking me 10 times more time to do what I used to do before. I do not need fancy stuff, I need an email that should do what it is supposed to do.Switching to Gmail right away.

This new version is the ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!!! Allow all new users to return to the Classic View! Which ever so-called techies came up with this new layout should be fired immediately.

The navigation in the new yahoo mail is terrible. It is so glitchy and slow I can't even hardly read my emails or scroll through my inbox to see what emails I have. It doesn't actually ever scroll down so I'm stuck only looking at the top 15-20 emails. Please simplify things. We don't need "achievements" for checking our email. Or complicated graphics that slow it down. If I didn't have nearly 20 years of history in my inbox and all my subs through Yahoo I would be switching. I rarely login on my computer anymore and use a third party mail app.

Why did you suddenly change my email page look? One of my two accounts has a new look that I was never informed would happen. Just leave what I have had for years alone, I'm smart enough to look for change if the need or desire changes.
