I'm not happy with this e-mail program AT ALL! I don't like the way I get responses to my e-mails.
When someone responds to my e-mail, I would prefer to see it come in as a new e-mail being highlighted.
ALSO.......................where is my "address book"??????

Hi Doris, thanks for your feedback! We did have unread as highlighted and read un-highlighted when we first launched the new design and everyone couldn't differentiate, so now we've added the purple dot and bolded the subject line. Our Community is way less confused and open rates is looking good, therefore we are no longer switching back. Very sorry!
