New system has been deleting older emails, can we change this?
I had old emails that just were gone one day a few weeks ago when I got into my email account, with the new "keep your emails up to date" it's deleting emails automatically, why?? As of now anything I had before July 13th 2026 are gone, I didn't delete them the yahoo system did. Can we please look into this and change it, I hold onto some emails for a long period of time if there is something I may need to check or get back to. Thanks

One change you'll see is a new feature called Inbox Categories. So you'll see at the top of your Inbox, your emails are now organized in Categories. If you're not seeing all your emails, it might be because you're in the Priority tab. Please go to your "All" tab so you can see all your emails. Thanks.
